Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování dokumentace stavební části k provedení novostavby rodinného domu s provozovnou kanceláře ve Velkém Meziříčí. Rodinný dům je navržen jako nepodsklepený objekt se dvěma nadzemními podlažími. Půdorysná plocha objektu zaujímá obdélníkový tvar. Druhé nadzemní podlaží je zastřešeno plochou střechou. Vstupy do objektu se nachází v prvním nadzemním podlaží, kde jsou prostory kanceláře a technické místnosti rodinného domu. V druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází klidová zóna obyvatelů domu se vstupem na pochozí terasu nad prostorem garáže. Nosnou konstrukci objektu tvoří zděný konstrukční systém Porotherm, se stropy z keramických vložek Miako. Podlaží objektu jsou propojeny železobetonovým schodištěm. Projektová dokumentace je zpracovaná v souladu s aktuálně platnými zákony, vyhláškami a normami. The subject of this bachelor thesis is completing the documentation of a building part to the new family house building with bureau premises in Velké Meziříčí. The family house is designed as a slab-on-ground facility with two floors above ground. The facility ground area is of a rectangular shape. The second floor above ground is roofed-over with a flat roof. Facility entrances are on the first floor above ground where there are bureau spaces and technical rooms of the family house. In the second floor above ground there is a quite zone of the householders with entrance to the passable terrace over the garage space. The carrier facility structure is created by a brick constructional system Porotherm with ceilings from ceramic inserts Miako. The facility floors are connected through a reinforced concrete staircase. The project documentation is draw-up according to currently valid laws, regulations and standards.
