Preparation for the implementation of the wastewater treatment plant in Ořechov

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the preparation of the construction of a wastewater treatment plant in Ořechov, with a focus on the rough substructure phase. The thesis includes a technical report of the entire object, a technical report of the construction site equipment, a solution of transport relations, technological regulations for the given construction phase, and proposed drawings following up on the solved phases. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the design of a suitable machine assembly, an itemized budget, and a time schedule for the rough substructure phase. Great emphasis is placed on the detailed processing of technological regulations for the implementation of excavations and sheet pile walls, as well as for the implementation of foundations and a white bathtub. These chapters are followed by the processing of control test plans. The conclusion of the thesis deals with the issue of occupational safety and health, the definition of occupational risks and the proposal of measures to eliminate them.
Preparation of the implementation of the gross substructure of the multifunctional building SW - TRADE

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the planning of the implementation of the rough substructure of the SW-TRADE multifunctional building. The work focuses on the technological regulation for the entire rough substructure, for which an inspection and test plan, a time schedule, and an itemized budget will be created. It also contains the coordination situation of the construction in the context of wider transport relations, the design of machine assemblies, the organizational principles of construction with a drawing of the construction site equipment, and an emphasis on safety and health protection at work. For this phase, details regarding the construction of the white tub and gabion perimeter wall, and the balance of resources, specifically workers, are also worked out.
Technological stage of the rough superstructure of an apartment building

The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to develop selected parts of a construction technology project focused on the rough superstructure stage of a residential building in the town of Jaroměř. Specifically, the project addresses the execution of all load-bearing structures, which consist of both masonry and monolithic walls and monolithic ceilings. Additionally, it covers the installation of balconies and staircases, which are made as concrete prefabricates. More detailed plans were created for the construction work, including the design and verification of supply routes, a control and testing plan, ensuring work safety, and proposing the necessary machinery for their implementation. The procedure for carrying out the work and the corresponding schedule for the entire construction are also elaborated. The rough construction of the building is addressed from a financial perspective as well, within the framework of an itemized budget for this construction stage. The thesis includes a proposal for the construction site facilities, including the calculation of electricity and water consumption. Finally, the work focuses on the verification of the proposed crane and selected construction technology details.
Preparation of the implemantation of the rough superstructure of the office building Ypsilon

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to solve the technological stage of the rough top construction for the construction of an office building in the town of Šamorín. The construction system of the office building is a wall system, made of Porotherm blocks. The ceiling structures consist of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The content of the work is the preparation of a technological prescription for vertical and horizontal load-bearing structures, a technical report of the construction-technological project, a construction timetable for the specified technological stage, a site situation with broader transport relations, a construction organisation including a drawing of the site equipment, a budget for the rough top construction and an inspection and testing plan. Furthermore, the work deals with traffic routes to the site, occupational health and safety, the design of the machine assembly and a comparison of the design options for the horizontal structure.

Realization of the lower construction of a multifunctional building in Prague

The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the rough substructure stage of a multifunctional building in Prague 7. The building is based on large-diameter piles and foundation slab, the underground walls are monolithic. The work includes a technological regulation and a detailed inspection and testing plan for drilled piles. In addition, a technical report for the building, the solution of the wider traffic relations, site facilities, the design of the machine assembly for the entire stage and safety requirements are also prepared. The work also includes a time schedule, staff balance and itemised budget with bill of quantities for the entire stage, which are prepared in the relevant software. In the last step, a seminar paper on parking systems is prepared where information on types and mechanisms of parking lifts are provided. The thesis focuses on effective methods of dealing with various aspects of the organization of the construction process, with emphasis on safety, quality and economy of project implementation.
Technological stage of the upper rough construction of an apartment building in Brno

The main aim of my bachelor thesis is the construction technological solution of the rough upper construction of the residential building located in Brno in Sadová street. This thesis contains a technical report of the given technological stage, a situation of the building with broader relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions for the technological stage, a technological regulation including a balance of resources with a variant solution of the partition masonry, a drawing of the construction site equipment together with the technical report, timetables with a variant solution, a design of the machine assembly, an inspection and testing plan for the masonry stage and ensuring work safety. The last chapter of this work is the itemized budget for the variant solutions and selected construction details.
Technological Solution of the Rough Superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů

The main goal of my bachelor's thesis is the construction-technological solution of the rough superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů, which is located in the village of Dolní Město near the larger town of Humpolec in Vysočina. This work contains a technical report for the given technological stage, the situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions for the technological stage, a technological regulation including a balance of resources (item budget together with a graph of the deployment of workers). Furthermore, the content of this work is a drawing of the construction site equipment together with a technical report and construction organization solution for the rough superstructure, a timetable for the given stage, a design of the machine assembly including a comparison of two variants and the selection of the most suitable machine, control and test plans and ensuring work safety. In the last point of this work, I am dedicated to verifying the adhesion and load-bearing capacity of the connecting material, more specifically, it is a polyurethane adhesive for masonry.

Preparation of realization of the monolithic skeleton VilaPark Olomouc

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the technological stage of the rough construction of the E4 residential building, which is being built as part of the staged construction of VilaPark Tabulový Vrch Olomouc. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete wall system with a total of three above-ground floors. The building has a regular shape, the load-bearing walls are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The ceilings are slabs, also made of monolithic reinforced concrete. As part of the resolved stage, a technological prescription for monolithic constructions, a time schedule, and an itemized budget are processed. The organization of construction, transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the control and test plan and safety and health protection at work are also dealt with.
