Strategy of community-led local development (2014-2020) SCLLD

The aim of the paper was the comparison of performance indicators of selected local action groups for the program period of 2007-2013. For the comparison, the Local Action Group Blatensko and the Local Action Group Strakonicko were selected. Both groups are located in South Bohemia and were suitable for comparison. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the LEADER method, its principles, history and origin. Then the focus shifts on explaining terms such as local action group, their standards, community-led local development, evaluation and monitoring. In the practical part, selected performance indicators which are used to evaluate LAG activity were analyzed. The result of this work was evaluation and comparison of selected LAGs. According to the analyzes, we have concluded that LAG Strakonicko is more successful and more efficient. The reason is better processing of the strategic plan and the Strategic document LEADER 2007-2013 itself.
Strategic human resources management in a selected organization

This diploma thesis investigates the topic of strategic management of human resources in the selected healthcare organization. The aim of thesis is to define short-term and long-term strategic goals of human resources management connected to the basic mission and vision of the department in the healthcare organization. The development of appropriate strategic objectives will be based on the analysis of the internal environment and also will include the results of analysis of external environment. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis involves chapters about human resources as part of strategic management, its history and possible views on that. Other chapters define the human resources management in healthcare, what are the prerequisites for successful management and strategy development. This is also related to personnel management tasks. Afterwards, the specific relevant focus is on ensuring human resources from the point of view of the organization - human resources planning, recruitment and selection of employees, the subsequent adaptation process and staff evaluation. The thesis is a comparison between the business environment in Czech Republic and in France in term of SME's definition, legal forms of enterprise and different steps for a creation of enterprise in both countries. The thesis compares as well the tax and the social insurance in France to the Czech Republic system. The information founded is used by a Czech company to setup a branch office in France. The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the feasibility of this strategic concept of branch creation.
