Analysis and Comparison of Loans Offered by Banks in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the analysis of loans offered by banks and non-banking insittutions in the current conditions of the Czech Republic. The first part deals with loans, what their principles and risks are and deals with lending and the development of providing such a loan. The second part focuses on analysis of consumer-purpose loans to selected banks and non-banking insittutions provided to natural person non- businessman, which are then compared. Based on the comparison of selected banks and non-banking insittutions the best option intended for consumer credit provided are based on the comparison of selected banks on a model example.

The Bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of commercial banks, credit unions and non-banking credit companies in term of the supply of consumer loans to individuals. The comparison is performed based on an analysis of the supply of consumer loans provided by subjects selected out of the Czech market. The comparison brings a partial view of actual loans and highlights their main features, that are crucial in selecting.

Financial resources for the purchase of real estate from the investor's point of view

This diploma thesis focuses on the assessment of financial resources for the acquisition of real estate. Specifically, the thesis deals with the issue of purchasing an apartment using a mortgage loan. In this case, the investor is a young married couple. The diploma thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part deals with housing, the real estate market, real estate valuation and real estate financing sources in its chapters. The practical part primarily focuses on the choice of the banking institution, which will provide the couple with a mortgage loan, and also the banking institutions, which will provide the consumer with a consumer credit for financing the remaining necessary amount of the flat price.

The bachelor thesis deals with a comparison of banks, cooperative banks and non-banking credit companies. It focuses on the comparison of these three groups in term of the supply of loans to individuals. The mentioned comparison is based on an analysis of the supply of loans provided by subjects selected out of the Czech market, and is led by following criteria: purpose, the amount of credit, surety, the APR.

Legal regulation of consumer credit in selected jurisdictions - abstract This master thesis is a comparative study of consumer credit regulation. Consumer credit regulation is compared in three different countries: the Czech Republic, Russia and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The distinctions between the Czech regulation on one hand, and Russian and British regulations on the other hand are analyzed and evaluated in terms of their reasonability. The conclusion summarizes the recommendations for optimization of the future consumer credit regulation.
