Title: Analysis of general physical performance of athletes aged 14 to 15 years in Sports Centres in 2019-2022 Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to investigate whether there has been a significant deterioration in the performance of athletes in the older youth category (14-15 years old) between 2019 and 2022. This period was exceptional in that an extraordinary event occurred in the Czech Republic, namely the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, which halted social life and closed sports clubs. Methods: Microsoft Excel was used to process the data file provided by the Czech Athletic Association. The statistical software IBM SPSS Statistics was used for statistical operations, tests and graphs. In addition, tests of normality, homogeneity of variances and comparisons of results of correlation analyses, analyses of variance and partial post-hoc tests were used. Results: Based on the analysis of the dataset of athlete testing results in the Sports Centres it was found that, between 2019 and 2022, there was a significant deterioration in general movement performance in all categories studied, particularly in the male and female student categories aged 14 to 15 years. Keywords: athletics, testing, lockdown, COVID-19, sports centers, general physical performance

Tuček, Jonáš ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Koutník, Jan (referee)
Title: General and special performance of members of athletic sports centres Objectives: The primary aim of the thesis is to evaluate the general physical performance of 14-year-old and 15-year-old members of sports centres from 2018 and compare whether it is better than it was in 2012 and 2015. The secondary aim is to determine whether the general performance of athletes corresponds to special performance in the race. Methods: The first part of the thesis is a literary search, which represents a theoretical framework of the topic. The second, main part of the thesis is practical. Initially, the data of the examined group provided by the Czech athletic federation, Department of Youth, were statistically processed. Subsequently, the characteristics of the statistical population in 2018 were compared with the years 2012 and 2015. Based on factual data search, a comparison of general and special performance of selected sports centre members was drawn. Finally, the validity of the hypotheses was verified. Results: A comparison of testing results of sport centres members from 2018 with 2012 and 2015 proved that the general physical performance of 14-year-old and 15-year-old members is increasing year-on-year. In 2018, athletes achieved better average results in all four motor tests: a 50-meter run from...

Krištof, Tomáš ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Červinka, Pavel (referee)
The objective of this diploma thesis is to compare the basic movement performance of the czech athletics centre AC Turnov federation club members. The movement performace is compared among pupils of the lower secondary schools in Turnov and members of the czech athletics centre AC Turnov federation in 2012 and ordinary school population in 1966. There are four movements tests like running for 50 metres, medicine ball throw (2 kg), long jump (bounced with both legs from the same place) and running in 12 minutes. The results of this research are better for AC Turnov club members than for the pupils from the lower secondary schools in Turnov and from ordinary school population in 1966. There is also evidence in this research that the results of basic movement performace are equated for AC Turnov club members and members of the czech athletics federation in the year 2012. Kůta, Radim ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
In our work we analyzed the performance of the members 14-15 years old of the sport centres (SpS) 2014 . We compared the members of SpS with school population from the study of Pávek (1977). The basic motoric tests were 50 m run, standing long jump, the medicine ball throw 2kg and the 12 minute run. The memberes of SpS 2014 were significantly better than school population from the study of Pávek (1977). We compared the meberes of SpS with the athletes of ČSTV (1982). The athletes of ČSTV (1982) were significantly better than the meberes of SpS 2014 in motoric tests: standing long jump and 12 minute run. Furthermore, we found that general physical performance of sprinters specifically reflected in their athletic performance. Title: Basic Fitness and Physical Development of the Czech Athletics Federation Sport Centers Members Abstract: Aims: Aim of this thesis was to evaluate basic fitness and physical development among 12-15 year-old boys and girls - members of the Czech Athletics Federation Sport Centers (CAF SCs) - in the year 2012. Methods: We processed results from normalized tests carried out by individual CAF SCs in 2012. After revision and correction of data, we: (a) assessed completeness of reported test results; (b) analyzed results from four tests (50m standing start run, standing long jump, 2kg medicine ball throw and 12 minute run) averaged for age groups (12,13,14 and 15 year old) along with respective standard deviations; (c) compared these data with respective data from previous testing in 2011 and with results of average school population (Zapletalová, 2011); (d) analyzed data on physical development (weight, height, BMI index) and their correlation with results of individual tests, and compared physical parameters with average population data; (e) analyzed results of individual tests for correlation between each other. Results: We received complete data from 2 530 athletes, which represent 73,78% of all 3 429 CAF SCs members in 2012. Physical parameters were reported by only 10 SCs (from the total of 36 SCs)...
General physical performance of the members of the athletic sports centers
Kůta, Radim ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Krátký, Petr (referee)
In our bachelor thesis we compared the performance of the members of the sport centres (SpS). We compared specialist sprinters with other members of SpS and with the school population from the study Zapletalová (2011). We found that the level of general physical performance of 14 and 15-year-old sprinters is significantly better than that of the school population. The differences between the members of the SpS were not as large as in the case of the school population. We also compared the performance in the motoric test of a 12 minute run of Spanish specialists sprinters and the sprinters of SpS. The sprinters of SpS were worse in this case. Furthermore, we found that general physical performance of sprinters specifically reflected in their athletic performance. Keywords athletics, sports centers, testing, general physical performance, athletic performance
