Model of Test System 300 kV
Bukva, Michael ; Pelikán, Luděk (referee) ; Krbal, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate an alternating current testing system with a voltage of 300 kV, located at Professor List's Science and Technology Park. The work focuses on describing the construction of this system, its functional parameters, and its practical application for various types of high voltage tests. A key aspect of the analysis is the assessment of the quality of the output signal from the source and the identification of factors contributing to total harmonic distortion (THD) and crest factor (CF). The study examines the impact of transformer design features, temperature, switching currents on harmonic distortion. Based on the measured values, optimal operating conditions were defined and mathematical models were developed to predict the system's behavior under various operating conditions. The results of this work also include software that serves as support for the operators of the testing system.
Software Support of Project Planning
Netolický, Petr ; Waldhans, Miloš (referee) ; Nováková, Jana (advisor)
This thesis deals with project management and compares the programs that are designed to control the investment project. These softwares are used to plan, manage tasks, resources, and surveys the current state of the project. At work I compare the programs that are most commonly used management of these projects. To demonstrate planning, will be selected in each of the programs created by the project construction of a residential building.
Creation of software support to device for absolute GNSS antenna calibration
Galata, Marek ; Kuruc, Michal (referee) ; Kratochvíl, Radim (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with creation of software support for the robotic device used for absolute GNSS antenna calibration, which is developed by Institute of Geodesy at Faculty of Civil Engineering, Brno University of Technology. In the beginning of this thesis, there is in general discussed issue of absolute GNSS antenna calibration. Then the text continues by description of calibration device itself together with summary of testing performed so far. Next sections are focused on its main content. There is mentioned testing calibration process, followed by all of every single steps, which leads the procedure towards gaining calibration parameters for removing errors arising due to instability of antenna´s phase center position.
System for Risk Management Support in IT Projects
Birkus, Kristián ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Květoňová, Šárka (advisor)
This thesis presents a system designed to support risk management in IT projects. The presented system is based on an in depth analysis of project and risk management in the field of information Technologies. The implementation started only after the exhaustive analyzation process. The system was implemented in programming language C#. On the database level MS SQL server is used.
Software Support of Project Planning
Ďuriš, Peter ; Stacho, Lukáš (referee) ; Nováková, Jana (advisor)
This work deals with the topic of project management and specialized software used in this field. It contains definitions of project management in the municipal level as well as in construction. It builds on software support, which describes various programs such as MS Project, Genius Project and Clarizen. This software compares in a table. For practical demonstration applied planning of home building in MS Project.
Software support of the enterprise processes
Straka, Michal ; Jelínek, Petr (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
Master’s thesis solves the problem of design and implementation of the management information system directed on monitoring productivity of labour in the company. It’s main goal is to – based on the analysis of the actual state - create new, automated, identification and registration software system, which will serve to production leaders as a support for operative management. Project solves the problem of automation of data processing, automation of creation of continuous analyses and monitoring the productivity of labour in the key process of the company – the process of assembling of packages – with the ability to determine instant working performance and productivity of an individual worker.
Maple application for performing numerical calculations of examples from
Dřímal, Josef ; Malenovský, Eduard (referee) ; Malenovský, Eduard (referee) ; Pellant, Karel (advisor)
The main purpose of this work is to provide the possibilities of the application of the mathematical software Maple for the solution of practical exercises from solid state mechanics. The examples from kinematics and dynamics are presented, but the relationship to the other subject fields at FME (with the inclusion of informatics) is evident.
Software Support of Processes for Microsoft Sharepoint Server
Vala, Lukáš ; Raška, Pavel (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
Thesis "Software Support processes in Microsoft SharePoint Server," discusses the current state of internal communications at the Technical University in Brno, namely the Faculty of Business, Institute of Informatics. Also introduces SharePoint 2010 technology and its application to a given object. The work aims to familiarize users with SharePoint 2010 technologies and introduce basic functionality. Partial goal is to outline effective cooperation at the Institute of Informatics and simplify internal communication. The proposed recommendations include: creation of a central repository of forms, creating a communication node between scientists.
Optimization problems solving using various software
Petráš, Tomáš ; Kopa, Miloš (advisor) ; Branda, Martin (referee)
This thesis deals with practical problems when solving tasks of linear programming using mathematical software Mathematica, Gams, R and Matlab. It describes the basic properties of solvers, packages and optimizing functions of these programs. The aim of the thesis is to compare computer times needed to solve problems of different sizes using the considered programs. We consider these time efficiencies with and without the time consumed by loading the input data. At the end of the thesis we find the most suitable program for each of the problems sizes and we give some recomendations for the practical use of these products when solving problems of linear programming.
