Pacltová, Kateřina ; Stupková, Michaela (advisor) ; Nováková, Tereza (referee)
v Abstract Title: Case study of physical therapy treatment of a patient after ischemic stroke with right hemiparesis Objective: The aim of my bachelor thesis is to provide a comprehensive theoretical overview of ischemic stroke and to present a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a specific patient with this diagnosis in the special section. Method: This thesis comprises a theoretical part and a special part. The theoretical section focuses on compiling knowledge about ischemic stroke using scholarly literature and current resources. The special part addresses a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a specific patient who has suffered an ischemic stroke. It includes anamnesis, initial kinesiological analysis, short term and long term physiotherapeutic plans, daily records of therapies, and final kinesiological analysis, as well as an assessment of the therapeutic outcomes. Results: Based on theoretical foundations, physiotherapeutic care was applied, which led to an improvement in self-sufficiency, increased muscle strength, enhanced stability, greater range of motion, and reduced pain in the shoulder joint. Conclusion: The goals of the bachelor's thesis were achieved, a comprehensive overview of the aspects of ischemic strokes was provided, and a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient...

Author: KateYina Elicerová Supervisor: Mgr. Irena Novotná Title: Case study of physiotherapy of patient after hemorrhagic stroke with right-sided hemiparesis Objectives: The main goals of my bachelor thesis were to obtain new theoretical knowledge about strokes and process case study of a patient after a hemorrhagic stroke with right-sided hemiparesis. Methods: The theme of my thesis is stroke. The first part of the thesis is a general part, the second part is a specialized part. The general part was made using books, scholarly articles and studies. The specialized part contains initial kinesiology analysis, long-term and short- term suggestions of a physiotherapy plan for my patient, individual therapies and final kinesiology analysis including the development of the patient. Results: As we can see in the development of the patient, we managed to make small changes while doing the therapies. Swelling on the right arm is smaller, hypertonic muscles are more relaxed, the muscles around the right shoulder are able to activate a bit, muscles of the lower limb are stronger and the gait improved a lot. Unfortunately, we didn9t manage to improve the spasticity of the right upper limb that much. Conclusion: This thesis proves that when working with this complicated diagnosis you need to have theoretical...

Název: Případová studie fyzioterapeutické léčby pacienta po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě v bazálních gangliích s postižením pravé strany těla v podobě spastické hemiparézy Cíl: Tato práce si klade za cíl zkonsolidovat teoretické poznatky o ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě a představit podrobnou kazuistiku pacienta trpícího postižením pravé strany těla v důsledku ischemické cévní mozkové příhody v bazálních gangliích. Zahrnuje podrobné popisy počátečního a finálního kineziologického vyšetření, průběh jednotlivých terapií a komplexní shrnutí výsledků terapie. Specializovaný obsah vychází z praktických zkušeností získaných během kontinuální profesionální praxe na Oddělení pooperační rehabilitace v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno, probíhající pod vedením supervizora Bc. Tomáše Modlingera od 16. ledna do 10. února 2023....
Case study of physiotherapic care of hemorrhagic stroke patient with right-sided hemiparesis
Kopecký, David ; Reckziegelová, Petra (advisor) ; Vrbický, David (referee)
Author: David Kopecký Title: Case study of physiotherapic care of hemorrhagic stroke patient with right-sided hemiparesis Objectives: The purpose of this thesis was to to summarize the theoretical information on CMP with a focus on the hemorrhagic type and to elaborate a case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after hemorrhagic CMP with right-sided hemiparesis hemiparesis Methods: The content of the theoretical part is drawn from professional articles, textbooks and studies. The case study consists of anamnesis, initial kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term therapeutic plan, 8 therapeutic units, output kinesiological analysis, evaluation of the effect of therapy and final discussion where I compare the effect of my therapy with studies. Results: The most significant changes in the patient's condition include a decrease in the painfulness of the affected shoulder, an increase in the passive range and the onset of active movements. Progress was also noted in gait stereotype and ADL. Conclusion: This thesis contains theoretical background on stroke and in a special section is described a case study of a patient with this disease. The case report was prepared in the ÚVN Prague in the period from 13th January to 26th January under the supervision of Bc. Eva Hankovcova. Keywords:...

Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after ischemic stroke Objective: The aim of this thesis is to summarize the theoretical information on the topic of stroke and then to develop a case report of a patient after ischemic stroke with right-sided hemiparesis. Methods: This bachelor thesis deals with stroke and is divided into two parts - general and special. The general part contains the main theoretical information about stroke. In addition, the physiotherapist's examination typical of the diagnosis is described, together with a selection of methods and procedures most commonly used in the physiotherapeutic care of these patients. The special section includes a case report of a patient after ischemic stroke with subsequent right-sided hemiparesis, including the initial and final kinesiological examination, the course of individual therapies and a summary of the effect of therapy. The background for the special part was obtained during the continuous professional practice at the Department of Post- operative Rehabilitation at the Regional Hospital Kladno from 9 January to 3 February 2023 under the supervision of the supervisor Mgr. Dita Hamouzová. Results: The patient improved in several aspects, especially in overall stability and range of active motion. However, there was...
