This thesis focuses on benefits of enterprise social networks for human capital management inside of organization. The theoretical part of this work defines the concepts of social network, enterprise social network and analysis of the key products that dominate these areas. The following is a summary of the criteria for choosing a particular product. The practical part of the thesis is field research that examines issues in human capital management and outlines possible solutions to these problems using enterprise social networks.
Comparative analysis of enterprise social networks

This bachelor thesis is focused of comparation of the social networks, which are in general used in the corporation networking. The paper targets on three, in advance picked, social networks. The comparison of the products is the main goal of this paper. For this reason, in the first theoretical part it defines basic definitions and characterictics, which are related to the social networking agenda. In the following analitical chapter, there are, based on preselected criterion, compared social networks. The conclusion of this thesis is summarized in the chart, followed by explanation. Based on the reading of this paper, the potential user of the corporate social network will be able which of these networks would be possible to integrate to his company, eventually which would fits the best.
Possibilities of using the enterprise social networks for internal communication

This thesis deals with the possibilities of using the enterprise social networks for internal communication. First the thesis defines the importance of internal communication for the company, next it generally defines and describes social networks with a focus on enterprise social networks. The practical part of the thesis includes a field survey, which aims to explore a current state of internal communication in companies and identifies problems in communications between employees. Based on the results and findings in the end possible benefits of the use of enterprise social networks are discussed as a possible solution for the identified problems.
Categorization of virtual social networks

This thesis deals with virtual public and enterprise social networks. The main goal is to cat-egorize selected networks according to selected criteria. The thesis is divided into theoreti-cal part, which is devoted to characterization of virtual social networks, their history and gradual development and into practical part in which is a list of the biggest public social networks ranked by number of active users and a list of the most widely used enterprise social networks. The thesis is beneficial thanks to the most current view of the state of so-cial networks and with the connection of categorization and selected criteria it shows the current trends.
Analysis of software tools to support team cooperation

This work is focused on the analysis of software tools that can support cooperation within small groups or large companies. The aim of this work is to characterize cooperation activities and describe technology, functions and principles that these tools uses. Another aims of this work are analysis of three software tools for cooperation and creating a decision tool for leaders of team projects and tasks. These objectives were achieved thanks to the knowledge of the studied materials and examination of individual tools and their functions. The benefit of this work is not only a global view of software tools for collaboration, but also creating of inspiration for future analyzes of this kind. Another benefit is creating of materials for business leadership or project manager to select and use appropriate tools and creating of material that initiate to the issues of modern technologies in the field of cooperation.
Methods of internal comunication from the point of view of the generation Y

This diploma thesis deals with the matter of internal communication methods from the point of view of today's young generation, so called generation Y. It aims on the enterprise social networks. The thesis is divided into the two common parts: the theory and the research. In the theoretical part there is a brief introduction into the field of internal communication; and the communication methods are put into the process of Communication. Further the specific methods for internal communication are introduced. The segment of enterprise social networks as a new way within the internal communication is introduced further mote. The research is connected to the theoretical part and focuses on the position of the generation Y to their potential usage of enterprise social media in internal communication within a certain company. This research is in compliance with the proposed strategy.
