This bachelor's thesis evaluates the financial health of the company STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY, spol. s r.o. during the years 2006 to 2010. The findings of the situation are using selected methods of financial analysis. It includes proposals for solutions to the problems that are identified to eliminate problems and improve the financial situation in future. She is value of information system and its benefits for businesses in terms of consistency and usability of information systems across the enterprise and its impact on financial results.
