With regard to the place location there are designed the object of metropolitan significante. In the building is location Centrum for reserch helthy life style , environment ecology and ekocentrum for educatin children and general public. The building is connected by large park with water areas and nature trail. The object is structured to four sectors with different number of floors. All roofs are flat and the higest sector is twenty meters hight over Banešova streat. The cafe with view and terrace on roof is situated in this fifth floor.

The challenge of this project was to design an object or set of objects metropolitan character in the specified location. Solved territory includes the area bounded streets Benesova and volatile, which is located close to the historic center in the urban conservation. The object of this work was the solution to the northern tip of the specified area. The underlying motive was to complete my proposal and establish the territory of the current Brno Ring - Circular class. Conceptual solutions to the urban situation based on analytical studies of planning documents of Brno. A direct connection to the street circuit built this place to position the everyday representation of the city itself and the historic center for a large proportion of tourists and residents of Brno.

The overall concept and intent was to design a building open to all city residents and its visitors. Openness is copied into the open layout that allows free movement of people and a multifunctional building. The facade is designed as a steel structure, composed of seven triangular segments. Parter open glassed over which is the "rotating facade located, thus helping to relieve the controversial building in context. Interior space is a central, open, bright and clear. Staircase around a central atrium supports the dynamics of the building leads visitors around the building.
