Optimal layout proposal of technological workplaces at a small mechanical engineering company

This master´s thesis is focused on technological designing in a small company ENGITEC Motosport s.r.o. In first theoretical part of the thesis is this subject described in detail and analyzed in terms of economic and technical aspect. Next part describes the current state of the company and the production hall as well with keep on its current layout. In the following chapters is chosen piston-shaped component, which is manufactured by the company and three different variants of the piston production. Then one of them is selected, to which all related capacities calculations are made. In the final part of the thesis is proposed the relevant final layout of the hall and there is also the technical-economic evaluation of the most relevant variant included. Key words

Technological process of the end flow part

The aim of this work is to create the technological process for the manufacturing the end flow part in EXCALIBUR ARMY spol. s r.o. The first part of the thesis focuses on structural and technological analysis of the component part. In the second part, two different production technologies are proposed. One on conventional machines and the another on the CNC turning center. At the end of work. The production times for these procedures are calculated, followed by a technical-economical evaluation in which the two proposed processes are compared.

A new Variant of the Technology Components of the Valve Body

Bachelor thesis compares two technology variants of production on the inner part recess of the valve body type S43. This is a closing forged valve for power. The work analyses and displays structural design of the slide. After presenting existing technology of inner recess new technology is described in the thesis. The comparison was made with respect to machinery companies Armaturka Vranová Lhota, Inc. Assessment of better technology is described in the technical-economic evaluation at the end of thesis.

Suggestion of technology for roller body

The bachelor thesis deals with the technology of manufacturing roller body in Kovo Šmerda company. The first part is focused on the analysis of technology. The second part is practical, explains the technology of manufacturing for roller body, used in mine carts. The practical part contains the technological process of manufacturing, manufacturing instruction cards. It also shows the techno-economic evaluation and CNC program.

On the production of a shaft for agricultural machinery drive

The subject of the assigned bachelor’s thesis is to analyse the production technology for shaft agricultural machinery drive. After analysing the technical documentation, the thesis includes the analysis of current production conditions in the company. The main goal of the thesis is to design a technology of components, specified in terms of more efficient production, which includes six alternative technologies in total. Sub-variants are calculated and graphically displayed. To innovate the production process there are recommended variants of usage of multi-machine operator, change of machine tools and change of technological processes. Thanks to it the significant cost savings are achieved.

The Study Management Standards for the Manufacturing Organization

This diploma thesis aims on the analysis of performance standards and the usability of key technology in the production company KLEIN automotive s.r.o. Subsequently the thesis suggests a solution for calculating standards according to new methods for a particular technology of the company. The solution takes into the latest trends in performance standards calculation and performance monitoring while achieving economic returns.
