The aim of the work was to find out the biggest shortcomings in the city of Napajedla and subsequently propose measures that would lead to their improvement and thus ensure the development of tourism in the city in the future. The theoretical part defines the basic characteristics of the urban environment within the tourism industry and is based on foreign and domestic literature. The next chapter presents a comprehensive analysis of the city of Napajedla from the point of view of tourism, which is focused on natural and cultural-historical attractions, events organized by the city and the city's facilities in terms of services. Furthermore, in the work we will also meet realized projects carried out within the tourism industry and their cartographic depictions. The research part was implemented with the help of a quantitative questionnaire conducted online and by field investigation. The online survey was chosen because of the indicative values about the year-round attractiveness of tourism, as the questionnaire survey was only carried out in two months, despite the fact that it was during a period with high visitor numbers to the city proposed recommendations to improve the current state of tourism in the city of Napajedla.

The bachelor thesis deals with the use of Brno-Turany Airport for the development of urban tourism. Part of the work is the analysis of Brno-Turany Airport from which a strategy for its development is proposed. The aim of this work is based on the implemented strategy to create projects for airport that will contribute to the development of tourism in Brno. To achieve the goal will be used secondary data from the airport, data from the Czech Statistical Office, date from the portal CzechTourism and also an interview with an expert from Brno airport will be conducted.

Prague, the Czech capital, is compared to other capitals in the region - Berlin, Vienna, Bratislava, Warsaw, and Budapest. The research is focused especially on a comparison between Prague on the one hand and Vienna and Budapest on the other in the period 2003-2011. For the research presented in the submitted thesis, secondary data from national statistical offices of the selected countries and specialized statistical databases were used. This quantitative research has been combined with qualitative studies. Since 1989, Prague has transformed from a destination of "former Eastern bloc" into a destination comparable with major cities of Western Europe. The development of tourism in Prague has been rapid and misbalanced. Tourism impact on Prague is higher than in other capitals of Central Europe, especially in its historical centre. Kromeriz is one of the most beautiful and historical towns in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is urban tourism which has an irreplaceable role as a significant element of economic growth and development of the town. This work evaluates current situation and potential of urban tourism development. The first chapter is based on as Czech as foreign literature interested in urban tourism and compares information. The total analysis of Kromeriz is conducted in the second chapter. It analyses accommodation, restaurants, cultural events and other facilities including providing services. Implemented projects financed from European Union are not missed out. In conclusion of the survey carried out among Czech and foreing visitors in the town of Kromeriz will identify, examine and outline recommendation and im-pulses leading towards future development of Kromeriz.

The thesis deals with the identification of the quality factors of the destination and the assessment of their impact on the loyalty of visitors to the urban area in the Czech Republic. Outside of this main goal, the satisfaction of visitors with individual quality factors as well as the significance of these factors in assessing the quality of the destination is examined in the thesis. The source of the data for this work is the primary marketing research carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey, followed by a multidimensional regression analysis in Gretl.
Touristification in Terezín

Touristification in Terezín Abstract This bachelor thesis focuses on the mutual relationship between tourism and the city of Terezín. Its aim is to identify impacts of tourism on the locality and its residents. But also to find out which main actors are influencing local tourism the most and how. The first part of the thesis is devoted to theoretical background of these problems. In particular to urban and dark tourism and touristification. In the next part, it presents the studied locality and local tourism in detail and analyzes secondary data sources. The main output of this thesis is an analysis of a functional usage of buildings and their state. Both research results are shown be maps. The second important part are controlled interviews with main local tourist actors and brief informal interviews with residents and visitors. Final suggestions for improving the tourist infrastructure and achieving a sustainable development of Terezín are its main contributions. Alternative forms of tourism: Non-traditional organized tours of Prague

This thesis deals with alternative forms of tourism, specifically with non-traditional tours of Prague. Prague is the center of mass tourism mainly due to cultural monuments, which are visited by millions of tourists every year. Alternative tourism is a new trend that develops not only in Prague but also in other world capitals. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the sector, which focuses on non-traditional tours of Prague. In this thesis are also investigated the motivation to set up companies that offer non-traditional tours, captured types of tourists searching for this type of tours and the effects of this form of tourism in Prague. Secondary data analysis was used for research, especially for the creation offer of non-traditional tours. Qualitative methods in the form of field surveys and structured interviews were also used. Analysis of tourism in Jičín and surroundings

The following bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of tourism in Jičín and surroundings. The aim of the thesis is to analyze tourism in Jičín and surroundings and to make suggestions for further tourism development. The thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter defines the elementary terms from the field of tourism. The second chapter includes basic information about the town, its history and institutions involved in the development of tourism in the destination. The third chapter specifies tourist attractions and tourism infrastructure. The fourth chapter is concerned with the analysis of tourism supply and demand as well as promotion and strategic documents. Based on a SWOT analysis, tourism in Jičín is evaluated and suggestions for improving the current situation are made in the last chapter of the thesis.
Evaluation of Strategic Planning in Terms of Tourism in Czech Royal Middle-Sized Cities

1 Submitted paper, strive to affect tourism management in medium size royal cities in Bohemia, in terms of strategic planning, heritage conservation, accommodation capacity and tourism attendance. Further objectives are also focused on interurban association and mutual cooperation. Quantitative research uses analysis and synthesis basics, and also comparative methods. Main inputs of this research are secondary data, especially development documents of selected cities and national statistics data. Because of numberless cultural wealth are royal cities frequently visited places. Therefore there is a preview of the role of tourism in level of strategic planning, and for quality of urban conservation areas developmental documents.
