Design of the mounting device for verification of parameters of acoustic emission sensors
Charvát, Vlastimil ; Maňas, Pavel (referee) ; Mazal, Pavel (advisor)
This Master’s thesis is concerned with project and construction of several versions of mounting device for verification of acoustic emission sensors parameters, selection of optimal solution and its testing. In addition is described the measurement procedure, that allows detailed analysis and evaluation of the data focused on comparing of parameters of acoustic emission sensors.
Acoustic emission signal classification at cyclic loading of parts
Stein, Pavel ; Mazůrek, Ivan (referee) ; Mazal, Pavel (advisor)
This master’s thesis is concerned analysis of signal of acoustic emission. The analysis is based on data of bearing material and real bearings testing, tested in the Axmat stands. The data was run by software Matlab and Python. Below I created plan for identification of damage stage depending on particular AE events. The results are put into diagram. Finally I’m trying to develop the new possibilities of using acoustic emission into practice on the real machines. There could be earlier prediction of a defect of monitored bearings compared to vibrating diagnostic used until now.
Influence of parameters of bond media and surface roughness on the quality of the acoustic emission signal sensing
Schreier, Jan ; Dzimko, Marián (referee) ; Mazal, Pavel (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with the influence of different AE sensor couplants and surface roughness on the selected acoustic emission parameters. There are compared the amplitude of the signal measured using five different couplants at 20°C and 80°C. To monitor the effect of surface roughness on the AE parameters simple measuring product was constructed. Its functionality has been verified by implementation of basic experimental measurements.
