Apartment build in Slušovice

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a new residential building in Slušovice. The building is designed as a detached, non-basement building. It has an irregular shape and is covered with a flat single-skin roof. On the first floor there is a background of the house, a technical room, warehouses, a meeting room and a cleaning room. Parking spaces are provided on the property. Floors 2.NP, 3.NP, 4.NP are used for housing and in total there are 12 residential units each of size 3+1. The vertical structural system is made of SILKA sand-lime blocks. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic slab. The project documentation also includes a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis was the preparation of project documentation at the construction stage for the new construction of an apartment building. The apartment building is located in Telč and is located on flat terrain. It is designed as a free-standing structure with three above-ground and one underground floors. There are a total of 12 apartment units of various sizes on the above-ground floors, 4 on each floor. The underground floor contains the building's technical facilities, a cellar cubicle, a storage room, a cleaning room, a bike room and a private gym intended only for residents of the building. The individual floors are connected by a three-arm staircase and an elevator. The building is based on foundations and the roof is covered with a flat vegetated roof. The perimeter structures of the underground floor are designed from concrete hollow blocks, and in the above-ground floors from ceramic fittings. The vertical structure of the elevator shaft is designed as a reinforced concrete wall, the other vertical internal walls are designed from ceramic fittings. The ceiling structure is designed as ceramic concrete from beams and inserts. The perimeter masonry is insulated with a contact insulation system.

The bachelor thesis on the topic Residential house elaborates the project documentation for a new building of a residentail house with a business premises. The residential building is designed as a fully basement with one underground and three above-ground floors. In the underground floor there is a technical room and a cellar. On the first floor there is an office, an apartment for a person with limited mobility and orientation and a residentail unit. On the second and third floors are a total of 6 residential units. The building is designed as brickwork made of ceramic cut blocks, only the basement is made of hollow blocks filled with prescribed concrete and reinforcement. The foundation structures are designed as concrete strips. The staircase and ceiling structure is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The roofing of the building is by means of a single-skin flat roof. The house is insulated with a contact insulation system.
University climbing centre, Pardubice

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a new climbing center and the preparation of construction documentation. The building of the University Climbing Center in Pardubice is located on the southern side of the city of Pardubice, on the border of the Dukla housing estate. The construction is situated in a built-up area on flat terrain. It is a 4-story building in the form of an oval with one underground floor. The roof structure is mono-pitched with a coating of hydro insulation weighted down with washed river pebbles. The building is divided into 3 functional units. The main function of the building is served by the climbing wall, which is accessible from the underground floor and runs across all floors. The second above-ground floor houses a boulder wall with facilities, forming the second functional unit. The last third function consists of space for both trainees and the public on the first above-ground floor, where there is a reception with a rental service and a café with seating in a glazed arc space. The sports facility is designed for a total of 60 trainees. The building is designed with nearly zero energy consumption in a low-energy standard. The design also accounts for the use by persons with limited mobility and orientation. The structural system of the building is reinforced concrete monolithic. The vertical perimeter structures are reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm with contact insulation ETICS with mineral wool boards with a thickness of 200 mm. Internal vertical and horizontal load-bearing structures are of reinforced concrete with varying thicknesses. The roof structure consists of steel rolled I profiles anchored to the vertical walls. The roof assembly is on a load-bearing trapezoidal sheet with a coating of hydro insulation made of TPO foil weighted down with washed river pebbles. The building is founded on a flat foundation slab with a thickness of 350 mm. A terrace for seasonal operation of the café and a small forest park with a playground will be created on the site.
Apartment building, Prievidza

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the apartment building. The building is located in a slightly sloping terrene in the cadastral area of Prievidza. The footprint of the building is mainly rectangular in shape with jumped parts of the facade. This is a udergroud object from the half part under the terrene with three above-ground floors. The apartment building has a total of seven apartments and a basement is used for commercial use in the hairdressing services. The remaining part consists mostly of storage and technical rooms. The KMB SENDWIX M structure is used as the construction of the perimeter walls, which consists of the main supporting structure made of sand-lime bricks and the thermal insulating layer of the contact insulation from the stone wool system. The ceiling construction is used from filigree ceiling panels and a single-skin flat roof with a 3% inclination is used to cover the building. The work contains project documentation for building realizations.

The aim of the Bachelor’s thesis is the project of apartement building with outdoor parking in Humpolec, U Sokolovny street on plot no. 426/13. The plot is slightly sloping. The apartement building is not a basement and has six above-ground floors. The building has twenty dwelling units. The supporting perimeter wall of the above-ground part of the project consists of ceramic blocks Porotherm. All building is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system. Floor structure is made from reinforced concrete slab. The roof is hipped with dormers and burnt roofing. The outdoor parking consists of twenty seven parking spaces, two of which are barrier-free for people with reduced mobility.
Building of the municipal office

The master’s thesis deals project documentation of building of the municipal office in Jablonné nad Orlicí. The office will also serve small villages near. The house is irregular shape. It have one underground floor and two overground floors. The underground floor is only under part of house, so the house is partial basement. Part of first floor is open garage for 7 employee car. The object is roofed by sloping hipped roof with a slope of 15° from wood trusses. The house is brick and have contact insulation system. The anticipated number of employees of municipal office is 24. The building is located on flat land in centre of town in existing buildings in cadastral Jablonné nad Orlicí.
Multifunctional house in Svitavy

This project deals with a design of a multifunctional house in Svitavy. The object is designed as a building without a basement, detached house with four above-ground floors. It is fitted into flat terrain. Newly built multifunctional house serves two main functions. The first is the creation of nine housing units, which are accessible from the central staircase and have an individually designed entrance. The second function of the new building is commercial utilization. There are three business premises in the house, each of them has its own sanitary facilities and separate entrance. The roof is designed as single-layered, flat, composed of asphalt strips. The structural system of the building is brick, made of ceramic blocks. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system.
Multifunctional house

Specified bachelor thesis deals with an insulated newly built family house for four to five-member family with added polyfunctionally in the form of project office. Proposed construction is situated in the developable area of peripheral town part of Pelhřimov, southeast part of the town on the land number 2050/174. The proposed new building facility of a family house is a two-storey building consisting two rectangles inset into each other and with a double garage. The object is set into the sloping terrain so that the main entrance to the family house is in the level of the second aboveground floor where there is an entrance hall with utility room, a garage and relaxation, quiet and night zone located. From the level of the second aboveground floor it is possible to descend into the ground of the first aboveground. The ground floor serves as a space of residential area and daily and active space. In the level of the first aboveground floor there is the multifunctional part (project office) situated. It has separate entrance from the level of the first aboveground floor. The object is based on foundation walls and the spreading concrete slab on which the structural system walled of ceramic blocks will be based. The circuit construction will be complemented by contact insulation system ETIC made of breathable grey polystyrene. The ceilings are ferroconcrete and monolithic. There is a single-flat roofing with river-washed stones. The part of the thesis is the assessment of the object from the viewpoint of the thermal properties and processing of the solutions to fire safety construction.
