The aim of this bachelor thesis is developing searches which are focused to treatment with rainwater and it's next utilization. We can find general information about situation in Czech Republic in this work and we can also read about products for rainwater treatment which are available in the market. There is a calculation for house too where we can see if it is advantageous step if we'll purchase rainwater treatment products.

Apartment house with law office in Nové Mesto nad Váhom

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a multi-purpose building, which will be used mainly for long-term housing. In order to create a space for use in administrative work in the area, the building also considers the area for this activity. For this purpose, the land was perfectly suited to the function of the future building on the fringe of the town Nové Mesto nad Váhom. The land is flat, located in a built-up area with family and apartment houses, on the corner of streets named Bzinská and Odnrej Plachý. The place in the nineties served as a public city swimming pool for recreation and sport. The land has been unused since the end of this activity. Therefore, the intention of the building would not only be enriched by the housing stock of the city, but also the value of the dilapidating land would increase. The building is designed as a detached storey house with one underground and four above-ground floors. It is divided into a residential part and an administrative part with separate entrances. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof with attic around the perimeter. All entrances to the building are designed as barrier-free. The residential area on the ground floor contains a housing unit and its facilities and equipment designed for three people with limited mobility and orientation. Other higher floors have two apartments for four people. The apartment part includes a basement, where each apartment is assigned a cellar. Furthermore, in the basement there are common areas for residents such as a workshop, a store of common garden furniture and tools, a gym with sanitary facilities and a common room with a toilet. There is an elevator machine room, a boiler room and a cleaning room with the facilities of the operators in which only authorized persons will have access to the facility. Housing units do not change its layout, they are only mirrored on the floor level. However, the size of the apartments is changing solely by

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is family house in Miletin. The family house is a single unit building intended for the permanent family living. It is a family house with two floors and basement. Family house is set in a slinty sloping terrain. The building was constructed using traditional materials and technologies. The building is designed of system POROTHERM and ceiling construction of system POROTHERM MIAKO. The cladding is insulated by contact insulation. Facades are broken color in combination with a large glass window openings. The windows are plastic with insulating glass. The roofs are flat.

Nature reserve versus development - a view of the Prague inhabitants living near the Prokop Valley.

This thesis reacts to an increasing number of build-up areas and developer projects in Prokop Valley which is a nature reserve in Prague. It deals with the opinions and attitudes of people living close to this area. Prokop Valley belongs to significant locations in Prague, having unique values from many perspectives. The uniqueness lies in natural wealth, consisting of many rare and protected or endangered species of animals and plants, and also in geological and historical perspectives. Its authenticity is also relevant due to cultural landscape, which is a landscape that has been shaped not only by nature but also by humans. I am also discussing the topic of territorial protection, public space, and existing development alongside the planned ones. The thesis is based on qualitative research of semi-structured interviews, researching and describing their attitude towards the development, with the context of values, general awareness about the topic, and relationship with ecology and environment. I am working with concepts of biodiversity, ecology, and deep ecology, same as with phenomenological sociology.
