Resumé (En) Key words: Body, soma, sarx, pexis, horizon, aesthesis, corporate scheme, body art, body modifications. This thesis deals with body and its manifestation. The body is conceived as philosophic, anthropologic and psychic phenomenon. Philosophic part determinates body as soma, sarx and pexis. The phenomenon as corporate scheme, horizon, motion and aesthesis are used for better understanding as well. Next part deals with body as anthropologic phenomenon. Body modifications, suspensions and their history are showed here. The research makes clear minds and reasons of extremely modificated persons. The last part is psychological. Problems related with wrong corporate scheme are described, as well as evolution of body's perception.
Czech society and change in the concept of tattooing in the medium term

Anntotation This bachelor thesis deals with the change of perception and reception of tattoo and tattooing in the Czech society over the last aproximatelly thirty years. The turning point was the socio-political revolution in 1990s. The revolution has changed the perception of tattoos in the post-socialistic society and tattooing itself. In this respect, it points to the differences between the Czech Republic and the western Europe which are influenced by dynamic development and the perception of the visual aspect of tattoo changing through time. Contemporary tattoos are confronted with tattoos made by native cultures in parts of this thesis. Such comparison answers following question: Could a tattoo be a rite of passage or a record of an event etc. even today in our culture? The bachelor thesis mentions the problem of subcultures which are sometimes characterised by specific tattoo. To the contrary, tattoo can represent an effort to express one's individuality. The thesis answers following questions: What does a tattoo mean to its holder from a time distance? What was the reason for getting it? Last but not least motives and the age of getting the first tattoo are essential for research and for answering the questions mentioned above. Theoretical work is divided into several parts. The widest range of the overall development of a tattoo. The first part describes character of tattoos, how is originated and how is arising. Another part of the work is focused on the oldest relics of tattoos in cultures around the world,how is tattoos connected with people´s lives, and the most common methods of application motives and their sense in different corners of the world. The modern concept of tattoo solves function, how is perceived today. Another chapter deals with the tattoos penetration into art, and also into psychology. I top my work off tha practical art. We can see fusion of art and tattoo on the women´s torso, where are ornaments whitch emulating this technique of beautify.
