Strategic controlling in a practice

This bachelor's thesis deals with strategic controlling in practice. The theoretical part represents the concept of controlling, its history, goals, and organizational integration. Afterwards, it represents types of controlling, and a substantial part is devoted to strategic controlling tools. In the practical part is at first represented analyzed business. After that, analyses were performed. The most important part of this thesis is recommendations based on results from analyses. Recommendations should improve strategic control in the chosen business.
European Low-cost Air Transport and the Verification of the Blue Ocean Stategy

This thesis tries to prove a functioning of the Blue Ocean Strategy on the case of Europen low-cost air transport. Through the Blue Ocean Strategy´s Analytical Tools and Frameworks, specifically with the help of the Strategy Canvas, the Four Actions Framework and the Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create Grid, it is proven that the strategy introduced by the airline Ryanair in the nineties of the twentieth century corresponds to the Blue Ocean Strategy. Through the same Analytical Tools and Frameworks and a comparison of business models of three low-cost airlines also the time validity of the Blue Ocean Strategy is proven in this case. The functioning of the Blue Ocean Strategy on the case of European low-cost air transport was verified.
Blue Ocean Strategy as a Prerequisite for the Success of the Company

The goal of thesis is to verify the assumption that the company's strategy constituent elements Blue Ocean Strategy leads to a higher success rate, according to selected criteria. The theoretical part is based on  literature and clarification of terms with which I work. The key pillar is to understand the difference between blue and red oceans. I also explain the strategic management approach compared to the Blue Ocean Strategy. This part is based on literature and expert opinion. The knowledge gained is reflected in the analysis of ten companies. These companies are examined in terms of tools and strategic management using tools Blue Ocean Strategy. Successful companies are further analyzed and observational characteristics of strategies is indicated whether they match the characteristics of the Blue Ocean Strategy and lead to greater company success.
Analysis of success factors of the company

The main goal of the thesis is to analyze a business project TamTam. The partial aim is to confirm respectively to refut the presumptions that were set by the co-founders of the project. Another goal is to evaluate the feasibility of the current strategic plan. If the current strategic plan shows to be unfeasible, an alternative strategic plan with a different business model will be proposed. The theoretical part describes the methods which are used in the practical part. The practical part analyzes the market with Vietnamese entrepreneurs. The companys financial position will also be evaluated with suggestions for improvement. In the last chapter, an alternative strategic plan is drafted and recommended. Analytical conclusion of the alternative strategic plan is measured against ROE, EVA, net present value and SWOT analysis.

The thesis is a proposal of a business plan for the establishment of private nursery school in the Czech Budweis. Private nursery school shall be established as a limited liability company. The business plan is based on market needs, analysis of the market and the local market, which is characterized by excess demand for the services of pre-school education of their existing capacities. Feasibility and viability is based organizational, marketing and financial plan mainly. Own market space, where competition is eliminated from the game captures the Blue Ocean Strategy.

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is "Blue Ocean Strategy". The main goal of this work is to explain the problems of Blue Ocean Strategy, which is the actual trend in the market. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part describes what it is competitiveness, competitive advantage, Porter's five forces model and its competitive strategies further build on the Blue Ocean Strategy, value innovation, analytical tools and system framework of strategy and attributes that well-developed Blue Ocean Strategy must have. In the practical part then I will focus on the application of Blue Ocean Strategy on the example of the emerging sports center in the Jindrichuv Hradec, using analytical tools and system frameworks of this strategy.

Strategy analysis as a base for a business plan which is focused on entrance into the foreign market specifically Austria associate with establishment of pension. In the theoretical part are analysis which are focused on external analysis and also financial part. The practical part is used as evaluation. Main goal of the practical part is found out, if the project has meaning with results of external analysis and financial plan and also if it has meaning to continue with internal analysis and business plan. Main conclusion is, if the project should be realized. Important part is the questionnaire survey and right chosen segmentation potential customers.

This master's thesis is focused on evaluation of product innovation of Johnson & Johnson company. Main objective of this thesis is to analyse new product launch campaign of COMPEED brand. Furthermore, based on outputs from own marketing research and analyses of data provided, evaluate suitability of chosen marketing strategy, find reasons why innovation was not successful and propose recommendations to achieve set goals.
Differentiation of BONEGA products by blue ocean strategy

At the moment, one of the biggest problems BONEGA company is dealing with is blocked access to wholesale networks by strong multinational corporations. One of the solutions is to introduce such unique and different products that customers force wholesales to offer BONEGA products as other competitors would not provide comparable devices. This thesis evaluate existing approaches to differantiation. The most suitable solution for current situation of BONEGA is blue ocean strategy. However, it has several unsolved issues, especially when applied to manufacturing firm with wide range of products, that are being solved in this paper. In order to gain long term competitive advantage based on value innovation, blue ocean strategy must be implemented into company's culture. Therefore a pilot realization of the process was undertaken. It brought several new ideas for differentiation and also valuable knowledge about adoption of the process into day-to-day company life. Those findings are also part of this work.
