Technological Solution of the Rough Superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů

The main goal of my bachelor's thesis is the construction-technological solution of the rough superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů, which is located in the village of Dolní Město near the larger town of Humpolec in Vysočina. This work contains a technical report for the given technological stage, the situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions for the technological stage, a technological regulation including a balance of resources (item budget together with a graph of the deployment of workers). Furthermore, the content of this work is a drawing of the construction site equipment together with a technical report and construction organization solution for the rough superstructure, a timetable for the given stage, a design of the machine assembly including a comparison of two variants and the selection of the most suitable machine, control and test plans and ensuring work safety. In the last point of this work, I am dedicated to verifying the adhesion and load-bearing capacity of the connecting material, more specifically, it is a polyurethane adhesive for masonry.

Villa Park Olomouc, technological stage of the substructure

The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.

The Bachelor´s thesis pursues the decisive issues of supporting structure of the building for fitness, rehabilitation and accommodation in Štíty. The thesis seeks to find the building – technological optimum for main construction works. The thesis includes technical report of the object, technological prescription, equipment construction, machinery , budget, timetable,inspection and test plan, work safety.

Residence Dlouha - Building Contruction Project

The subject of this diploma thesis is the building construction project of Residence Dlouha in Olomouc. It is an apartment building with two to four floors and a basement with garages. The diploma thesis contains a time and finance schedule, a site equipment project and technological procedure of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor and a green roof including a quality control. Moreover, a set of machines, usage options of a tower crane or a mobile crane and usage options of a mobile pump or a concrete container have been processed for this building. During the building process it is cared about work safety and environment protection.

The aim of this work is the processing of the technological project for the ,,Skladová hala v Měříně“, which addresses the preparation and organization of construction. Construction technology the project involves the processing of time plans, economic evaluation, design of pumping sources for construction, working procedures, construction site equipment, and design of major machines and mechanisms. Further, it is processed a detailed technological regulation and inspection and test plan for a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton. All technological procedures are processed with regard to work safety and environment.

Multifunctional House - project planning and management of construction

This master´s thesis deals with project planning and management of construction of multifunctional building. The main part of thesis are budget of object and schedules of work, which contain realization of reinforced concrete structure and other related works. Another part of thesis deals with the technical regulations about the implementation of horizontal and vertical parts of reinforced concrete structure and from finishing works about realization of inside plasters. Following this part there is design and schedule of using of appropriate building machines and small machinery for their implementation, design of site equipment, quality assurance of works performed, safety of work and minimization of environmental impact. The thesis contains also proposal of contract of work. This work does not deal with substructure of multifunctional building, because this is solved in bachelor thesis.

Addresses the implementation of a truss structure of a gable roof and a subsequent cladding. The main content of the work formed the technical report, the construction situation, the budget with the statement of assessment, technological regulation, construction site equipment, timetable, design of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan and work safety.
