The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the implementation of the rough substructure of the operational building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The work deals with technological regulations for foundation structures, including insulation against moisture, for which an itemized budget, inspection and test plan, and time schedule will be drawn up. In addition, this work contains the equipment of the construction site, the coordination situation with wider transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the principles of construction organization and safety and health protection at work. In addition, details regarding the rough substructure or insulation against moisture and assessment of construction machinery are worked out for the work.

Extension of the sports centre in Slopné, technological stage of roofing

The bachelor thesis deals with the technological stage of the roofing of the sports centre extension in the village of Slopné. It is the construction of a multi-purpose building, which extends the capacity of the existing community centre. The extension consists of ground floor parts and a main hall/gymnasium with multifunctional use. The content of the work includes a technical report for the roofing, a solution for the transport of materials, a technological regulation for the assembly work of the roofing of the hall, an itemized budget for the roofing and a timetable for the specified technological stage, an inspection and testing plan and a solution for occupational safety in the process.

Villa Park Olomouc, technological stage of the substructure

The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.

Industry Hall in the Complex Moravostav - Project Planning of Construction

This work deals with the planning of industrial hall with administrative placement execution in the complex Moravostav, Modřice. The hall is founded on bored piles. This building is made of reinforced concrete structure with prefabricated deals. The facade is consisted of sheeting panels, roof deck is made from steel trapezoidal sheets. The thesis describes the procedures and other necessary connection with construction to accelerate the actual implementation of the construction site. The aim of this work is to develop selected parts of building technology project within the scope of the annex to the master‘s thesis.

The Block of Flats in Brno, Bystrc - Project Planning and Management

This thesis deals with the project planning and management of the construction of two houses of flats in Brno – Bystrc, Šemberova street. The houses of flats are designed as a newly built five floors above ground and one basement floor. The supporting system is made from brick ceramic blocks, underground floor is made of concrete blocks. This thesis processes technological project of building as preparation and building site equipment, use of machines necessary for implementation of the construction, monitoring and test plan, technological steps for basement walls of shuttering blocks. Finally, in this thesis dealt with time and cost of construction of houses of flats.
