Analysis of external environment for the selected company

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to appreciate the current situation and market position of the building company Milan Hodboď through analysis of external environment.For analyse of external environment I used STEP analyse and Porter´s model of five powers. STEP analyse detects effects from macroenvironment (social and cultural, technical and technological, economic, political and legislative). Porter´s model five forces studies microenvironment (new competition, customers, suppliers, substitutes and the competition).
The analyse market opportunities of a given company

The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyse market opportunities of a given company. To reach this aim, I made own evaluation of the macro environment using STEP analysis, using Porter{\crq}s model I analysed the micro environment, and for the company assessment financial analysis and marketing mix were used. I have made a summary of all my findings and created SWOT analysis, in which I identified strenghts and weaknesses of the company, as well as its opportunities and threats.
Analysis of marketing environment in the company

The main objective of my bachelor thesis is marketing environment analysis and in terms of records to assess trends for future company development. I have chosen the the company TVAR, cooperative society Klatovy. Recently the firm focuses on kindergarden furniture production. I have analysed this company marketing environment with the assistance of Porter model, STEP and economic analyse.
