The bachelor’s thesis describes various ways of teaching vocational training in today’s world. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of vocational training, its history, organization, methots, and forms of implementation. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey was conducted to determine how students perceive the professionalism of teachers in theoretical and practical education and whether the subject matter covered in vocational subjects is sufficient for today’s needs. The second part of the survey focuses directly on students in vocational training, examining the aspects that are crucial to them when choosing vocational practice and what influences their approach and performance in vocational practice the most.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to design worksheets for the field of flower seller – florist, which should serve as a teaching aid for teaching the subject of vocational training and the subject of floristry. The theoretical part is focused on using various written sources during the teaching process. It explains the meaning and characteristics of the field of floristry and the basic division of teaching aids. In the practical part, I dealt with designing teaching aids (worksheets), their creation, use and contribution to professional training and recommendations for pedagogical practice, which will serve not only to pupils, but also teachers. In the application part, the aim was to carry out qualitative pedagogical research (structured interview) based on the use of worksheets in practice with three respondents from the subjects of floristry and professional training. The result was an analysis and comparison of the interviews based on the questions for the teachers.

The bachelor thesis on the topic "Design of Modular Teaching for the Electro Mechanic for Equipment and Devices" deals with the modular form of teaching. In recent years, pedagogy has been striving for a more modern education that would meet the requirements of today's times and would enable high school students to better apply themselves in the labour market. That is why I have prepared a proposal of modules that connect to each other and are organized from the easiest to the most complex ones. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to achieve a unification of the material that is discussed between the theoretical and practical teaching. However, the whole module system depends on the school management, which would have to modify its school curriculum to achieve that.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Perception of evaluation of pupils by teachers in vocational training at selected secondary schools in JMK". The main goal is to find out, describe and interpret how vocational training teachers perceive and implement the evaluation of selected secondary school pupils in South-Moravian region. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the assessment of pupils in general and is focused on defining the meaning and various functions of assessment, goals, types, and the most common forms of assessment. The space here is dedicated to for the explanation of secondary school assessment in vocational training, which is essential for the practical part of the work, focusing on how vocational training teachers perceive and implement the assessment of pupils in selected secondary schools. It is implemented using a questionnaire survey, where the results are summarized and discussed in conclusion.

The theme of this Bachelors thesis is “Interest of student in taking technical courses at chosen high school”. The main objective of the theoretical part of this thesis is definition of keywords: interests and needs, motivation, learning, teaching of technical courses and methods of teaching. Next objective is the explanation of the connection between interests and need for teaching of technical courses. The materials used as sources for this Bachelors thesis are scientific publications, magazines and internet sources. The practical part of this thesis is primarily concerned in the interest of students in taking technical courses. The last objective of this Bachelors thesis is finding out, if and by what means are students motivated to take technical courses. Part of the practical section of this thesis will be implemented by a survey in at chosen high school.
Návrh exkurze pro žáky SOŠ

This bachelor final thesis deals with the plans of the possible excursions for the secondary school students. There are basically three aims of the theoretical part. They are: to describe organisation forms of education; to define an excursion as one of the particular forms of education and to describe the ways of its use during the vocational training at the secondary school. Didactic rules and methods of organising excursions are specified there too. The methods which I used for processing the theoretical part are: studying the special resources; making the excerpts and their analysis and synthesis. The aim of the practical part is to suggest excursions for the secondary school students (Střední škola obchodní a služeb SČMSD, Žďár nad Sázavou s.r.o.) the branch of Sports and Reconditioning masseur. The proposals of excursions, is based on the interests among the second- grade students who were addressed. The questionnaire was used as a form of research among them.
