Kartografické porovnání vývoje land use v katastrálním území Slavkov u Brna

This thesis deals with the analysis of the development of land use in the cadastral area of Slavkov u Brna in the period 1843–2020. The first part of this thesis is devoted to a literary research of the issue. The individual chapters define the basic concepts and approaches related to landscape research. The practical part characterizes the solved location and describes the methodology of spatial data processing. Based on archive and current spatial data, graphical and tabular outputs were created using ArcGIS and MS Excel SW. These outputs are commented in detail in the Results and Discussion chapter. The lowest value of the coefficient of ecological stability was calculated for 1953 (0,46). The maximum value of the coefficient was found out for the period of the Stable Cadastre (2,04). One of the aims of this thesis was to clarify the causes that led to the observed changes in land use.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of a selected part of the landscape, which is located in the cadastral areas of the town Úpice and the villages of Batňovice and Rtyně v Podkrkonoší. The selected area was divided into seventeen segments. These segments were divided on the basis of their use and also differentiation from their surroundings. Then the individual characteristics of the segments took place. Based on these field surveys, the ecological stability of individual segments was evaluated. The current situation was compared with the situation in 1937 and 1953. In the last step, measures were proposed to improve the condition of the former quarry.
Managementová opatření v péči o přírodní rezervaci Koutské a Zábřežské louky

The Bachelor thesis Management measures in the care of the Koutské and Zábřežské louky nature reserve deal with the evaluation of the current state of the special protection area. The aim of the thesis is to propose measures that will lead to improved conditions for the conservation of species of interest in the area. The first, theoretical part of the thesis is focused on literary research concerning nature and landscape conservation. It provides an overview of the various conservation regimes and landscapes established by law, or international conventions. In the following analysis section, the thesis deals with a detailed analysis of natural conditions, land use in history and present. It concentrates on identifying potential and current types of vegetation. The results of the analyses and field survey indicate the problems that this work addresses in the third part. The design part is divided into two units. The first aims to establish a comprehensive system of management measures in the maintenance of the nature reserve. The second part proposes detailed solutions for improving the condition of selected areas. The last part focuses on the design of the educational use of the nature reserve.
Teritorial system of ecological stability consistent to erosion control and flood protection in land consolidation

This thesis evaluates the elements of the Territorial system of stability, which were designed within the plan of the common facilities of comprehensive landscaping, with regards to the elements of the erosion and flood protection. The importance of greenery in the city

The diploma thesis is focused on the problematics of urban pollution. Mainly on the impact of human activities and their consequences. Its main intention is to analyse an urban greenery system and its effect on the quality of life in both a positive and negative ways. Furthermore the diploma thesis researches the indicators of contamination, the sources of emission and their quantity at the location. The work comperes the individual indicators and the results of emission measuring. Then it proposes a suitable solution for better urban space planning with urban greenery.
Hydromorphological monitoring of small water course and possibilities of its improvement

This bachelor’s thesis deals with hydro-ecological monitoring of watercourses according to requirements of the European Water Framework Directive with using methodology type-specific evaluation of hydromorphological indicators of ecological quality of watercourses (HEM 2014). The practical part deals with the given watercourse according to the already mentioned methodology and for selected parts are made proposals to improve its overall state. The main goal of this work is to evaluate the nameless watercourse and propose the possibilities of its improvement

The Ph.D. Thesis is based on the principle of open approach into the urban greenery in the frame of sustainability improvement in inner cities. Sustainable inner city planning and management brings also the supply for indicators of sustainability and life quality in urban space. The Ph.D. thesis is interested in evaluation of positive and negative impact of greenery into life quality in the inner city. There is studied the impact of greenery into the human being in the city and what has influence on urban greenery too. The thesis observes existing indicators whose describe urban greenery quality and its utilizing from the point of view of sustainability and collaterally observe the greenery perception from the city inhabitant’s point of view. On the basement of analysis and theoretical knowledge including in the thesis is for urban life quality measurement constructed new aggregated indicator – the Indicator of Common Urban Greenery Quality. This indicator is in the thesis valuated on the data set of 70 Czech cities and medium sized towns. There is valuated its possibility to describe urban greenery potential. The relationship between the indicator and clime change and other urban development changes is also solved. The indicator and its mathematical construction brings new information about urban greenery potential and its impact and usage in city sustainability and urban life quality increasing.
Rozbor současného stavu vybraného území v procesu pozemkových úprav

This bachelor thesis analyzes the current state of land consolidation processes with a focus on the territorial system of ecological stability in the cadastral area of Koňákov. The literature review characterizes the landscape as a functional unit from the perspective of landscape ecology. It also explains the significance of land consolidation in conjunction with the territorial system of ecological stability as tools for protecting and creating ecologically favorable conditions in the landscape. In the practical part of the thesis, an analysis of the current state in the Koňákov cadastral area was conducted with emphasis on the territorial system of ecological stability. Based on this analysis, measures were proposed to increase the ecological stability of the area of interest. ArcGISPro software, in combination with freely available data, was used for the analysis and design, mainly consisting of map outputs.
Projection of selected part of common facilities plan for the complex land consolidation

Diploma thesis is focused on evaluation and proposal for completion of the territorial system of ecological stability in the cadastral area Chotoviny located in the South Bohemian Region. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to landscape, ekosystem, biodiversity and ecological stability. It also deals with climate change and describes the plan for common facilities withing the framework of land consolidation. The practical part contains a description of the individual elements of the TSES and an evaluation of the overal state. The practical part contains proposal for completion of the territorial system of ecological stability which includes 8 newly designed interaction elements, one biocorridor and one biocenter.
Importance of landscape structures for effective use of landscape and biodiversity support

The central theme of this thesis is the value of landscape elements focused on intelligent land use and biodiversity support. Due to the constant rise of disturbing civilization impact, great emphasis is placed on regeneration and landscape creation these days. Especially ecological agriculture and environment-friendly behaviour. In the theoretical part, terms related to the cultural and ecological function of landscape, and issues of decreasing numbers of animal species and vegetation are specified. The instruments to support ecological stability of landscape are sorted and clarified in particular categories. The analytical part is based on theoretical terms and interviews with stakeholders. This part incorporates an analysis of the measures implemented in the creation of landscape elements to achieve diversity of species and soil quality. This work aims to describe specific measures implemented in the Pilsen region, including effectivity evaluation of specific measures based on interviews with stakeholders.
