Pedagogical Diagnostics in Kindergarten - methodology for teacher.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on pedagogical diagnostics and its functional implementation in the environment of a kindergarten. The theoretical part characterizes the concept of pedagogical diagnostics, its methods, work with a child's portfolio, and the perspective of the Czech School Inspectorate on pedagogical diagnostics. The practical part describes and implements a diagnostic methodological material that can be used by teachers for diagnostic activities in preschool education, by children for self as sessment and reflection on their knowledge, abilities, and skills.
Child's portfolio as a tool for improving cooperation between family and kindergarten

The diploma thesis entitled "Child Portfolio as a Means to Improve Family and Kindergarten Cooperation" deals with how a child's portfolio can help improve family and nursery school cooperation, more specifically to awaken parental interest in the development of their child. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe how the child's portfolio can be managed and the importance of introducing the portfolio in pre-school education. It also describes how the kindergarten cooperates with the child's family, the pitfalls that can occur in the communication between the family and the school, and the importance of family and school cooperation for the development of a pre-school child. Part of the thesis is a research investigation, which is conducted in the form of action research. The empirical part aims to find out if the introduction of a children's portfolio in a kindergarten classroom will improve cooperation between the nursery school and parents of children. The research was carried out by means of observation and the findings were recorded in a record sheet. The research was divided into three stages.
