Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is elaboration of a case study of a patient after implantation total hip joint. Methods: The case study was elaborated at the impatient care. Part of the therapy the medical history was established and the elaboration of input and output kinesiological analysis. Afterward the objectives were made. During 9 therapeutic units in which was used excercises to prevent TEN. Next were used soft tissue techniques, joint play mobilization also techniques with soft balls, relaxing techniques, analitic strengthening, taking care of scar and practice of locomotion and mobility. Results: During the treatment pain was lowered, the swelling was reduced, the range of motion was increased same as muscle strenght, recovery of joint play and partial release of soft tissues. Reeducation of breathing stereotype and movement stereotype to abduction and extencion in hip joint prove to be unsuccessfull. Conclusion: In short terapeutic plan which consisted of intervention of nine therapies the patient made positive changes and most of the objectives were completed. Svatava Neuwirthová Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of Patient with Cervicocapital Endoprosthesis of the hip joint Objectives: Theoretical elaboration of proximal femur fractures and hip joint endoprosthesis problematic, summary of subsequent rehabilitation care, and elaboration of a case study of a patient after implantation of a cervicocapital endoprosthesis. Methods: The bachelor thesis consists of a general part which, using literature, discusses the topic of proximal femur fractures and hip joint endoprosthesis. The special part consists of a case study of a patient with cervicocaptial endoprothesis.. The special part includes a comprehensive initial kinesiological examination, description of the individual therapeutic units, an output kinesiological examination and an evaluation of the effect of therapy Results: The final kinesiological examination confirmed that the therapies had a positive effect on the patient's health. The greatest improvement is seen in the increase in muscle strength in the right hip joint and the increase in range of motion. Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after double osteosynthesis of the humerus with postoperative paresis of the nerve radialis Objectives: The aim of this thesis is the theoretical elaboration of knowledge concerning peripheral paresis with emphasis on the radial nerve, osteosynthesis of the humerus and the rehabilitation process. In a special part, the aim is to elaborate a case study of physiotherapeutic care, which focuses on postoperative paresis of the n. radialis after double osteosynthesis of the humerus, using both theoretical and practical knowledge from the bachelor's study. Methods: The thesis has two parts. In the theoretical part I have elaborated data on the shoulder joint, fractures, osteosynthesis of the humerus, peripheral nerves, paresis of the n. radialis and possibilities of rehabilitation in this diagnosis with the help of specialized sources. A special section is devoted to a complete case report of a patient with the given diagnosis. Methods: In the general part of the thesis, the problems of peripheral paresis are summarized on the basis of the literature cited below, with a focus on rehabilitation procedures. Svatava Neuwirthová Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with Parkinson's disease Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis i to process a case study of a ptient diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in the special part and in the theorethical part to provide information about this diagnosis, particularly focusing on etiopathogenesis, diagnosis ant treatment. Methods: The general part includes theoretical information about Parkinson's disease concerning clinical presentation, ethiopathogenesis, pathophysiology, diagnostic options and teratment, including rehabilitation. The special part contains the case report of the patient, whoch was developer during the bachelor's internship at the Nemocnice milosrdných sester svatého Karla Boromejského. Results: The objectives of both the theorethical and special parts were fulfilled. Conclusion: Based on the evaluation of the therapy's efect, it can be stated that physiotherapeutic care was succesful because it had a partially positive impact on the patient's condition. Author: Tereza Moravkova Supervisor: PhDr. Lenka Zakova, Ph.D. Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with a diagnosis of knee replacement Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient diagnosed after knee TEP. At the same time, elaboration of the theoretical knowledge of the diagnosis and discussion of its treatment from the perspective of physiotherapy. Methods: I worked on the case report in the period 9.1. - 19.1.2024 at the workplace of CLPA s.r.o. In total, I completed 10 therapies with the patient, the first therapy being the initial kinesiological analysis. In the theoretical part, theoretical information concerning anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint, osteoarthritis and its treatment, discussion of total knee replacements and the method of surgery are presented. Finally, a look at rehabilitation approaches after knee replacement surgery at the level of Evidence Based Medicine Results: The patient's physiotherapy care was uneventful. During the rehabilitation stay at CLPA, the patient's condition was positively affected. Author: Tadeáš Trousil Title: Physiotherapy care of a patient after total hip arthroplasty Aims: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate basic data concerning total hip arthroplasty followed by a case report of a patient after this procedure. Another aim was to evaluate the physiotherapeutic interventions presented in this case report in terms of their effectiveness. Methods: The general part contains information about anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics and management of osteoarthritis of the hip joint. This is followed by a case report on physiotherapy care of the patient, which includes the initial and output kinesiological analysis, therapy design and therapeutic unit. Finally, an evaluation of the therapy and its results is presented. The concurrent professional practice, during which this work was prepared, took place in the period from 22 January to 16 February 2024 in the facility Poliklinika AGEL Italská. A total of 8 therapeutic units, each lasting 30 minutes, were conducted with the patient. I Abstract Author: Ondřej Peleška Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after transfemoral amputation Objectives: To provide a comprehensive overview and analysis of amputation in the lower limb region with a focus on transfemoral amputation. To present the current surgical procedures, rehabilitation methods, psychological aspects and prosthetic solutions, and then to develop a case report of physiotherapy care of a patient after transfemoral amputation. Methods: The theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis was elaborated with the help of scientific literature and scientific articles available mainly online. At the same time, services based on the use of artificial intelligence were used, namely Evidence Hunt, Microsoft Copilot for Institutions, Connected Papers and DeepL. The special part of this thesis was prepared using practical skills within the scope of the bachelor's degree in physiotherapy during my continuous professional placement in the medical facility of Nemocnice Na Homolce. Results: The physiotherapeutic intervention led to an improvement in the patient's physical and psychological condition and subsequently to her discharge to her home environment.
