Jana Sohrová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po plastice předního zkříženého vazu kolenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem teoretické části této bakalářské práce je shrnutí problematiky poranění předního zkříženého vazu kolenního kloubu, včetně etiologie poranění, způsobů léčby a popisu moderních fyzioterapeutických technik používaných pro stav po chirurgické rekonstrukci předního zkříženého vazu kolenního kloubu a jejich porovnání. Speciální část tvoří kazuistika pacientky s touto diagnózou, cílem je porovnání vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru pro ohodnocení výsledku terapie. Metody: Teoretická část je zpracována s pomocí dostupné literatury, zejména nedávno publikovaných odborných článků zabývajících se problematikou blízkou tématu práce. Všechny použité zdroje jsou uvedeny v seznamu literatury v citační metodě APA 7. Kazuistika pacientky tvořící speciální část práce byla zpracována na podkladě odborné praxe, která probíhala v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu s.r.o. (CLPA) na Praze 9 od 8. 1. 2024 do 2. 2. 2024 pod supervizí Mgr. Dany Šachové. Výsledky: Teoretická část práce splňuje zadané cíle, zahrnuje popis problematiky, léčby a porovnání rehabilitačních metod aplikovaných pro danou diagnózu na základě aktuálních odborných publikací.... Jana Sohrová Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after surgical reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint Objectives: The aim of the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the problems of anterior cruciate ligament injuries of the knee joint, including the etiology of the injury, methods of treatment and description of modern physiotherapy techniques used for the condition after surgical reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint and their comparison. The special part of the theres is a case report of a patient with this diagnosis, the aim is to compare the initial and output kinesiological analysis and to evaluate the outcome of therapy. Methods: The theoretical part is prepared with the help of available literature, especially recently published articles dealing with issues close to the topic of the thesis. All the sources used are listed in the list of literature in the citation method APA 7.
