The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a sloped conveyor belt to transport the crushed brick. Entered parameters are the transporting length 65 m, height 12 m and transporting kapacity 125 t/hr. The thesis includes functional calculation conveyor belt, design tensioning station, design spring tension, the calculation of the drum shaft and design tensioning rod.

The aim of this bachelor thesiswith theme the belt conveyer is to propose a functional conception of an inclined belt conveyer for transport of building crushed material up to the axial distance of 48 meters and with superelevation of 6 meters. The required out put is 170 tonnes pro hour. This work contains functional calculation according to the norm ČSN ISO 5048 and determination of main proportions of the belt conveyer, proposal of conveyer traction, strenght calculation of driven shift.

This bachelor thesis deals with the belt conveyor for the transport of recycled aggregate in an oblique direction. The aim is to find constructional solutions to the belt conveyor for the assigned transport capacity of 95 000 kg per hour, and the assigned axial distance of 49 m and different height of 12 m. The thesis contains a brief description of the belt conveyor and a description of basic constructional components. It also contains a functional calculation of the capacity and forces according to the norm ČSN ISO 5048, a determination of main proportions of the belt conveyor, a conception and a design of the drive and of the tension system of the conveyor and a tensile strength calculation of some selected parts of the conveyor. The thesis is accompanied by the necessary technical drawings.
