An Apartment House - heating

Bachelor work consists of theoretical and numerical part. In the theoretical part deals with various methods of heating in apartment buildings. The numerical part deals with individual part of the heating system in the apartment building. For heating the apartment building was chosen central heating system with indirect hot water. As the heat source was chosen gas heat pumps in combination with condensing boilers.

Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

New residential development project in the city district of Brno – Komin follows natural context of place close to Palackého vrch and Brněnská přehrada. Nine residential buildings are designed as a nine buildings set in a continuous landscape and responding to the slope terrain by turning perpendicular to the contour lines. The project aims at the synthesis of comfortable living in the nature with a higher population density. Individual houses are designed as concrete skeletons, whose disposition charge is variable and offers a wide range of sizes of apartments.

NEW ON THE „OLD“ – Brno, Bratislavská - Stará Corner

The project of new buildings on the corner of Oldbstrees Bratislavska street creates a compact volume with several features. It continous with the surrounding block development where is significantly separated public and private space. The building is divided into several distinct masses, which correspond to measure their surrounding areas. Individual masses are united in the same tectonic principle facade. Abandoning figure in the southern part of the site creates space in front of the theater Radost and at the same time it achieves better insolation of new apartments. The newly designed building contains typologically different apartments.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL BUILDING ON THE CORNER OF BRATISLAVSKA AND STARA STREET IN BRNO, ZABRDOVICE. THE LOCALITY, WHICH IS SITUATED NEAD BY THE CITY CENTER AND THE SMALL INNER CITY CIRCLE HAS GREAT GENIE LOCI. THE MAIN IDEA WAS TO COMPLETE THE BLOCK, CREATE CORNER AND SAVE THE LOCAL ATMOSPHERE. THE LOCALITY HAS ALSO LACK OF PUBLIC SPACES. CHARAKTERISTIC ELEMENT IS COURTYARD, WHICH IS USUALLY CLOSED AND PRIVAT. PROJECT CREATES AN COURTYARD, BUT PUBLIC ACCESSEBLE. NEW PUBLIC SPACE THEN WILL NOT BE OPENED TO THE HECTIC STREET FULL OF CAR, WHICH MAKES IT MORE DE LUXE. MOREOVER, THIS WAY CREATS MORE SPACES FOR PARTERRE.

The project deals with the completion of a vacant lot corner of Stará and Bratislavska street in Brno. Residential building with commercial first floor and underground parking under the building forehead. The range of apartments from studio flats after three-room apartment. Most apartments have a balcony or loggia. All residents have access to a private garden and free courtyard with a playground.

NEW ON THE „OLD“ – Brno, Bratislavská - Stará Corner

The territory is located in the city of Brno -center , on the corner position Bratislavska streets and Stara. It consists of several parcels that are currently undeveloped , or the construction of a temporary nature on them. Part of the defined area is now used as a parking lot of the Police of the Czech Republic . From the historic center it divides traffic - a small city street circuit leading to fluctuate. In the vicinity of the area are mostly townhouses with shopping level , built between the 19th - 1st half . 20th century. On the street in Bratislava theater is Joy and Puppet Museum and on the street a few old buildings that are registered in the central register of cultural monuments of the country. The old and the Bratislava streets are typical of the gallery houses with courtyards previously served as business premises . Today, these small companies but totally overcrowded scale and most low companies in this area collapsed or are in a neglected state. The whole area lacks public greenery and foliage is the closest city to the hamlet of liberation, located behind the traffic circle . The concept is based on the position of parcels - on the corner . The idea was to create a peaceful place to live and space for relaxation and meetings. The proposal consists of four masses , to bind and penetrate each other. Each material has its own separate function . Low - on the corner - allows infantry input to a depth of plot and thus offers a view of the surrounding historic facade. Compositions containing residential buildings are raised on the ground floor and the entire floor becomes a public space offers the opportunity to stroll through the old streets of Bratislavská on the street greenery, which in this area is insufficient.
