Bachelor’s thesis solves newly built separately standing family house in Prague, Stresovice. This thesis aims to develop a project documentation for construction of the building. The new house is intended for a family of four members for a year-round use with the possibility of a temporary stay of visitors. One part of the house is a double garage. It has two aboveground floors and an underground floor. The building is bricked, made of ceramic blocks Heluz and has a gable roof. It is situated in a sloping terrain.

The thesis is focused on the design and preparation of project documentation of the family house on building plot No. 1646/42 registered in the land register Unhošť (774499). The house has a regular L-shaped ground plan with dimensions of 15.26 x 25.04 meters. Projected house has one floor with partial basement. Horizontal and vertical structure consists of a shuttering system Velox. Single-aisle roof is carried glued trusses.

My bachelorss degree project was focused on building a new house in the village of Pribram na Morave. The main goal was to create a blueprint and documentation for building this structure. Functionally speaking the proposed house was built for a 4 or 5 member family with children and also included a garage. The structure is a stand alone family home with three total floors. This consists of a partially finished basement underground and two above ground levels. The structural system is based on ceramic Porotherm 30 Profi. The roof is a flat surface with reversed order of layers. Parts of this project are dispositive and architectural studies, construction details, and a thermal and technical research proposal of a staircase and Computation of the base.

Design of ventilation system in family house

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a ventilation system with recuperation in a family house. In the first chapter the work focuses on the research of ventilation units and their parts. Furthermore, the required amount of ventilation air is determined, and three ventilation units are selected. The duct route is then designed for the selected units and the pressure loss calculation is performed. In the final part the installation, operation and maintenance costs of the selected units are compared.

This parcel has flat terrain. The object has no cellar, building has two floors and attic. Two floors are decided for the garage and living space. Over the second floor is located attic. The fundation strips are made from plain concrete. The vertical constructions are made from Liapor blocks. The horizontal constructions are made from Liapor´s panels. The roof is sloping.

This bachelor´s work deals with a project documentation of a family house with establishment. This house is situated in the district Pelhřimov cadastral area – Černovice. It is a two floor building. The house is divided into two parts, that an connected by the part with a flat roof. One part of the house has got a saddle roof, the other one has got a flat roof. Walls will be made from clay blocks POROTHERM. A past of the house is a garage for one car. An outdoor equipment shop is designed in the business place.

Subject of this bachelor’s thesis is construction project of family house with hairdresser’s workroom. The house is located in South Moravia region in cadastral area of Soběšice. The house is situated on slight down sloped terrain and has two overground floors and one subterranean storey. The hairdresser’s workshop is situated on the first overground floor with North-East orientation. The main part of the first overground floor is used for family habitation. Garage is situated in basement. The brickwork is made of masonry system POROTHERM, overhead structures from POT girders and ceramic shims MIAKO. The roof construction of family house is hipped roof with truss structures. The hairdresser’s room and living room overheads are made of flat onecoated walkable roof which serves as a terrace.

The subject matter of this bachelor thesis is a new building of a house located in the cadastral area of Kunovice town near Uherské Hradiště. It is the house with a rectangle ground plan, with a cellar, two – floor, with a flat roof. One part of the roof is made as a green roof. There are also two terraces within the flat roof. Residential rooms and sleeping rooms are located to the southeastern and southwestern part of the house. In the northern part, there is a garage with two parking places. The main entrance to the object is situated to the eastern side of the object. Exterior and interior of the house is designed in agreement with modern design trends. The disposition of all space is functional and simple. The dynamics of the building is highlighted by outside openings in red color, and, two – colored façade in grey and white color. The house is meant for four – member family, parents and two children. When designing the house, their comfort was the priority. Therefore, zones for free time are a part of the house. There is a garden around the house, which is both utility and relaxing. The relaxing part of the house is made by two already mentioned terraces, and, terrace in the ground floor next to the swimming pool. The gym in the underground can be used for active relaxation. The foundations of the building are made of ferroconcrete. Supporting construction system is wall. Ceiling construction will be made of ferroconcrete monolithic plate. The whole object will be hardened by ferroconcrete ring which will be a part of the ceiling monolithic construction.
Design of heat source for heating

The aim of this bacherol thesis is to provide the familiarisation with the most suitable sources used for heating of family houses with main emphasis on heat pumps. The first section describes all possible sources used for heating, which can also be used as a household heating. The second part of this thesis is based on calculated losses which were done for selected house using five different types of heat sources. The thesis is concluded by comparing sources of the heat with the economic point of view.
