The traffic analysis of Tabor city centre

This Bachelor thesis describes contemporary traffic situation in the centre of Tabor and focuses on problems connected to the growing influence of individual motorism on the city traffic, like traffic jams or parking complications. The thesis analyses projects suggested as a solution to the situation, especially parking tariff policy, support of public transport and interferences in the city's infrastructure with long-term aims like calming the traffic and reducing the number of vehicles in city centre.

The concept of housing policy at a municipal level

This paper analyzes the concept of housing policy at a municipal level. It looks at current status of areas in the Czech Republic in relation to their housing provision and individual stakeholders' roles in this process. The key role is played by the government and its influence of housing policy through legislation. Various general as well as individual areas' issues are explored and solutions discussed. One example outlines detailed analysis of a situation in a specific area of the country.The analysis was conducted based on current data provided by the Ministry of Local Development and the local council and a research conducted by the author. The aim is to define and analyze current housing policy in the Czech Republic and discuss potential solutions.

The bachelor thesis analyses shopping behaviour of the customers in the town of Tábor and its environs. The first chapter indicates the current shopping behaviour of customers at the present time. The second chapter briefly charakterizes the town of Tábor and focuses in more detail on the retail network in this town and its surroundings. The next chapter describes the way of acquiring the data for the analysis and the last chapter contains the analysis of customers' shopping behaviour itself.
