Measurement and Evaluation of Business Performance

This bachelor´s thesis is aimed at measurement and evaluation of the financial effectiveness of the selected company Alza.cz a.s. with one of its competitor Electro World s.r.o. in the period from 2017 to 2019 and proposals to its improvements. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part defines concepths of financial analysis and financial ration. Second part is analytical, where the values of the individual indicators are calculated using the formulas given in the theoretical bases. The final part presents proposals and recommendations to improve the financial situation of the selected company.

My bachelor thesis is focused on evaluating the performance of the selected company Budweiser Budvar using financial analysis tools for the period from 2015-2019. The whole work is divided into four parts. The first part contains the main objective of the work and the methodology according to which the objectives will be achieved. The second part describes the theoretical basis of the work. The following part deals with the already selected enterprise in which the selected methods are applied and reflects the final evaluation of the company. The final part comments on suggestions for improveing the company's situation.

Evaluation of the Economic Situation of the Selected Private Corporation and Proposals to its Improvement

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of a selected private corporation for the period 2014 – 2018. In the introduction, concepts and methods of financial analysis are explained on the basis of literature sources. There are mentioned reasons for financial analysis and its users. In the following analytical part, the company will be introduced and the financial analysis itself will be implemented using the indicators which were mentioned in the introduction. The results are interpreted verbally and they are based on the conclusions that should supposed to lead to suggestions that will have the potential to improve the financial situation of the company with respect to the future.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on evaluation of financial situation of the company Colorlak, a.s. in years 2014-2018 and suggestions for improvement of this situation. Methods of financial analysis are used for evaluation of said financial situation. In the first part, indicators of financial analysis are explained from a theoretical point of view. In the following chapters information about analysed company and analysis of the present situation are discussed. The last chapter includes suggestions for improvement of the financial situation of the company.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals to its Improvement

This bachelor thesis evaluates the past and present of the company ELKOV elektro a.s., and the future financial conditions of the company are predicted. First, selected indicators are selected, followed by their calculation together by calculating their comparative bases. In the second part I deal with the analysis of absolute, difference, ratio indicators and their systems and their comparison with the selected comparative bases. In the third step, I evaluate the development of indicators over time. The following is an evaluation of the mutual relations between the ratios - revealing the causes of the current state and development. Finally, suggestions for improvement are provided.

The theoretical part defines concepths of financial analysis and financial ratios. The practical part puts methods from the previous part in use and calculates individual financial ratios. The final part presents proposals and recommendations to improve the financial situation of the selected company.
