Function of local government authorities and suggestion for methodical plan to adress the extensive forest fire.

As the title suggests, this diploma thesis is focused on the activities of self-governing bodies in the event of extensive forest fires. First, the theoretical part describes general information about forest fires that concerns, among other things, the most common causes and kinds of forest fires. Drawing on this part, there is information on various ways of extinguishing fires, especially by means of the aerial fire-fighting service. The chapter of The Present State is further focused on legislation and the tasks of self-governing bodies in the event of extensive forest fires because the competences and duties of mayors have to be clearly defined in such serious situations, which consequently enhances the clarity of the situation. This diploma thesis follows two objectives. The first one is the evaluation of the activities of self-governing bodies in the event of extensive forest fires, and in connection with this, pointing out possible flaws. For this, a hypothesis has been established claiming that it is necessary to increase the readiness quality of the self-governing bodies for the possible occurrence of extensive forest fires. The other objective is to prepare a methodical process draft for solving an extensive forest fire. The output of the thesis is a methodical draft or manual, which should support the preparation for and solution of such situations. This final thesis will provided as a study material for students. The methodical draft will be further offered to mayors of municipalities that are endangered by forest fires.
The Czech Central Committee for Youth and it's influence on the Czech District Youth Welfare Committee in the region of Tachov between the yers 1929-1933

The thesis examines social care of Czech children and youth in the thirties of the 20th century in Czechoslovakia. The objective of this study is to explore the evolution of social and legal protection of children as provided by charity groups. The charities were established as voluntary based associations by people who wanted to help and care for at risk, abandoned or orphaned children in the early 20th century. Originally established as supporting bodies of the state, their activities consisted in the payment of various subsidies or contributions to vulnerable families, and in organizing food or cloth donations. Charities as the supporting bodies evolved in executive authorities with the adoption of the Law on Protection of Children in the care of alien and illegitimate children in 1921. Under this law, charities were entrusted with the supervision of children in foster care and of illegitimate children. Czech central committee for the care of youth in the Czech Republic and the Czech district youth welfare established in different judicial districts were the most significant associations engaged in the care of Czech children. The second part of this thesis accounts the activities of Czech central provincial committee for the care of youth in the Czech Republic in 1929 and 1930 and presents examples of the activities of the Czech district youth welfare in the region of Tachov between the years 1931-1933.

The aforementioned section focuses specifically on wine's complaint process.
Ethics on the Internet (Etiquette)

This thesis addresses the issue of ethics on the Internet. The first part focuses on a brief history of the development of ethics and ethical principles used even today. The second part is devoted to information ethics, which is an integral part of the Internet, since it deals with the creation, dissemination, transformation, storage, search, use and organization of information, and also deals with specific standards, codes and principles that were created either specifically for the Internet or are now an integral part. The third part is devoted to valid Czech and European legislation in the field of information work in various media, including on the Internet. The final section is devoted to the evaluation of the current situation of ethics on the Internet, where they described the problems with which we meet today. Such problems are violations of copyright law, whether piracy or plagiarism, threats associated with Internet communications, kyberstalking, cyberbullying, kybergrooming or activity on social networks. In addition, problem situations are mentioned online trading, which are currently controlled by many associations, consumer protection or influence of the media and advertisements, and incessant problem of censorship. The final part is also added to the survey, which was created speficically for this work and proposal of possible solutions to improve the current situation.
Food Legislation in EU and The Czech Republic in Years 1990 - 2009

This thesis is focued on the food legislation isme in the CR and the EU in the period 1990-2009. First part deals with food legislation in the form of technical standards. Second part shows the development of food legislation in the CR before accessio to the EU and summarizes the main legal provisions relating to the food. The next section describes the EU food laws and shows the implementation of EU regulations and directives into the Czech legislation after accession to the EU. Systems authorities supervising food safety are reported. Last section is devoted to current food legislation.
How to Establish a Company

The diploma thesis "How to establish a company" focuses on pre-school education. Specifically, on the establishment of a fictitious company day care at a planned business center comprised of office buildings and an ambulance station. Primary purpose of this study is to summarize the activities and difficulties that are associated with the foundation of a successful project. The study describes business strategy, competitive advantage, business vision and mission and legislative issues relating to operation of a company day care. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first, theoretical part, we focus on description of terms associated with starting a business, entrepreneurs, and legal environment in the Czech Republic. The second, practical and analytical, part consists of detailed project of establishment of a company day care and also outlines problems arising in this area. These are hidden discrimination against women and the lack of capacity in public nurseries. The final financial plan evaluates feasibility of the project and assesses whether the investment is the right choice.
Community property in business

The aim of this thesis is the interpretation of current legislation of community property in the context of business activities of one or both spouses. After the review of current legislation, the theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the community property - its definition, creation, modification and termination. The theoretical part also focuses on the prenuptial agreement - its definition, requirements, conditions for entering into and its current popularity. The practical part of this thesis then introduces two real model situations illustrating issues concerning prenuptial agreements, where one or both newlyweds are entrepreneurs.
France's asylum policy in relation to the European Union

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of the French and EU asylum policies and their reciprocal influence. The main goal of this thesis consists in demonstrating (if applicable) France's success in enforcing its legislation at the European level, or if it is rather the opposite phenomenon that prevails: the necessity of the implementation of asylum rules (that have been approved in the EU) to the French regulations. The whole thesis is grounded on the concept of Europeanization which determines a theoretical framework that serves as a basis for the empirical part, consisting of an analysis of the development of French and common European asylum legislation first. The crucial part of this thesis is the fourth chapter where the interconnection between the theoretical and empirical part takes place as well as the discovery of the link between the French and European asylum legislation and drawing of consequences that respond to initial propositions.
Employment of people with disabilities

Goal of this thesis is a summary of the actual situation of people with disabilities in the labour market. This paper describes actual legislation in the Czech Republic. The most important act is Act 435/2004 Sb., about employment. The last amendment of this act is in force since 1 January 2012 and brings major changes. The legislation of the Czech Republic significantly affect international agreements. Therefore, the work included the most important international organizations and their documents, which address issues of employment of persons with disabilities. Based on the observed information was carried out survey. Respondents were self-employed persons with disabilities and enterprises, which employ more than half of employees with disabilities. The survey found that organizations are not sufficiently familiar with current legislation and the possibilities of state aid.
