Firehouse

Subject of this thesis is elaboration study and project documentation of new firehouse building type P in Polná. New firehouse building is designed instead of the original firehouse, which was in poor technical condition and didn’t meet the new requirements. The firehouse is situated on the plot number 91/5 with adjacent numbers 91/11, 91/10, 91/7, 91/8, 91/9, 91/6, 2684, 2693. The land is slightly sloping. The building is detached, partially basement and with three aboveground floors. The vertical load-bearing structure in the basement consists of masonry from permanent formwork and in the aboveground floors the sand-lime masonry YTONG SILKA. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed from prestressed panels Spiroll. The roof is designed as single-skin flat roof with a poured cementitious foam layer. Firehouse consists of two parts – administrative-operational part and garage of emergency vehicles with appropriate stores. The main entrance and exit of vehicles are situated southwest. The administrative of firehouse is on the 3rd floor. Fire brigade rooms are on the 2nd floor, locker rooms with clothing stores are on the 1st floor. The technical background is designed on the underground floor. Garage parking space is situated over two floors and is roofed by flat single-skin roof. Project documentation is designed according applicable laws, decrees, regulations and technical standards.
Multifunction house

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a new multifunctional building. The building will be located in the city of Brno, in the district of Zábrdovice, in street Vlhká. The building is divided into residential units, offices, a dental office, a café and a technical background. The building is designed as a terrace house in blank space, non-basement and with four above-ground floors. The residential part has 2 flats 3+kk. Part of the residential areas includes storage areas and garage. Non-residential premises include a café with hygienic facilities, administrative part of individual offices, storages and hygienic premises, dental office with waiting room and background for employees and technical facilities – technical room and air-condition machinery. There are 17 parking places, of which 1 for people with limited mobility and 1 for motorbike. The object is based on piles. The peripheral load-bearing structures are walled of sand-lime blocks. The ceiling structure consists of prestressed ceiling panels. The building is sheltered by hipped roof, which is made of gang-nailed-connected timber truss. The stairs are prefabricated. During processing the emphasis was put on the appropriate layout, building-construction and architectural design and safe use of the building. Project documentation is processed in Allplan.
Multipurpose Cultural Centre

The theme of the diploma´s thesis is a new building of a multipurpose cultural centre in Veselí nad Moravou, district Hodonín. Structural system consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete construction and a sand-lime masonry. Roof is designed as a flat roof and a flat vegetation roof. The vertical communication space is solved by reinforced concrete staircases and elevator. The building is located near the elementary art school.
Apartment house

Bachelor´s thesis premises designed Apartments building at the documentary for execution of works. Dominant part is residential area, formed by nine residential units. The building is simply-shaped, with four above-ground floors and basement. The basement is walled with permanent concrete formwork blocks. The ground floors are walled with sand-lime blocks. Floor structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Roof structure is designed like flat roof. The building have exterior thermal insulation system with ventilated facade, while the rest of the building is rendered.
Apartment building in Rychnov nad Kněžnou

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a new apartment building in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The building plot is situated in a quiet part on the eastern outskirts of the city. The apartment building is detached and contains one underground and four above-ground floors. In the above-ground part, there are a total of 13 housing units and in the underground part, there are cellar cubicles, storage rooms, a technical room, and common areas such as a bicycle shed, a drying room, and a carriage house. The house has a simple rectangular floor plan and a recessed top floor. The building is based on foundation passes. The vertical load-bearing system of the above-ground floor is a brick combination of lime-sand blocks of aerated concrete blocks. The basement is made of lost formwork fittings. The horizontal load-bearing ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete complemented by reinforced concrete wreaths and in other places also by reinforced concrete girders. The roof structure is designed as a single-skin flat roof with extensive vegetation.
Public library

The subject of this diploma thesis is a public library in Mohelnice. The object is designed with sand lime blocks, it has a basement and three floors. Basement is used for storage, first and second floor fulfill the function of library and a meeting room can be found in the third floor which is used for a purpose of the library and municipal office. The object is roofed by a cold roof with load-bearing structure made by nailed timber truss. The roofing of utility room is designed as a warm flat roof. Ceilings are designed from cast in place reinforced concrete floor. The whole object is insulated with contact thermal insulation made by mineral wool insulation. Facade of the first floor is designed with stone veener.
Apartments building with pharmacy

Bachelor´s thesis premises designed Apartments building with pharmacy on the level of documentary for execution of works. The building is separated into two independent function parts. Dominant part is residential area, formed by ten residential units and the other part is an establishment – pharmacy. Both parts have separated entrances so they do not limit each other in service. The building is simply-shaped, with four above-ground floors and basement. The basement is walled with permanent formwork blocks. The ground floors are walled with sand-lime blocks. Floor structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Roof structure is designed like flat roof. The building has exterior contact thermal insulation system ETICS.
The Multifunctional object

The aim of the thesis is to develop project documentation for the new construction of a multifunctional building, which will be located in the city of Brno. The building has a total of four floors, of which one floor is underground and three are above ground. In the underground floor there are garages for parking, a technical room, an air conditioning machine room, a server room, a backup power source and elevator machine rooms. Commercial spaces such as a shop, pharmacy, hairdresser, cafe and reception are available on the first floor with access to the upper floors. These spaces can be rebuilt in the future with a similar use that is proposed here now. The second and third floors are used for administrative purposes. An entrance hall with a reception is located on both floors, there are also smaller and larger offices of so-called open space, day and relaxation rooms and sanitary facilities. All floors are connected by a staircase and an elevator, there are two stairwells available. There is wheelchair access to the building. There is also an outdoor parking lot in front of the building, which offers 17 parking spaces and two spaces for people with limited mobility and orientation. The entire building is based on a reinforced concrete monolithic base plate. The structural system is skeletal, filled with masonry made of sand-lime blocks around the perimeter. Inside the building, partitions are made of plasterboard constructions, some are sand-lime, stairwells are reinforced concrete monolithic walls. The underground floor is formed by reinforced concrete monolithic walls around the perimeter. The ceiling structures are also designed from monolithic reinforced concrete, supplemented with ducts in the place of large openings. The roof is made as a vegetation flat single-layer with waterproofing made of PVC foil.
Apartment house in Šlapanice

The subject of the Bachelor‘s thesis was to create a project documentation for the construction of the new residential building in Šlapanice with almost zero energy consumption. Object is designed as three-storey house non-basement. The new building is situated on a corner of two streets and is connected to the buildings from the southeast side. On the first floor there are three establishments, technical rooms and garage parking. On the second floor there are four residential units with a terrace. The third floor has three residential units with a balcony. The foundation structure consists of reinforced concrete belts on drilled piles. The construction system is longitudinal, made of large-format lime-sand blocks for machine bricklaying. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof structure is made of prefabricated wooden trusses. Deep foundation is used to obtain thermal energy from the subsoil using a ground-to-water heat pump. The piles are designed to be energy efficient.
Apartment house Proluka in Olomouc

The task of the bachelor thesis was to process the documentation for the new apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. The apartment building is located in Olomouc, in a terraced development, in the gap site. The building is oriented to the northeast and southwest. The apartment building is designed as a basement with four floors. In the basement, there are three separate garages, storage rooms, and rooms for the technical operation of the building. A total of eight residential units are designed on the upper floors. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace. Barrier-free vertical transport is provided by an elevator located in the mirror of the staircase. The building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab. The vertical structures are made of sand-lime masonry. Horizontal load-bearing structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. The roof of the building is the gable. The apartment house is insulated with mineral wool insulation.
