Apartment building

This bachelor thesis processes documentation in the stage for the implementation of the construction for a new apartment building. The designed object is located near Prague, in the village of Dolní Lomnice u Kunic. The project adresses modernization and construction of the village center, which is planed in several stages. The building contains of five apartments and one underground floor in which storage, technological and common rooms are located. There are also cellars used for storage for each housing unit. The apartments are designed in very variable layouts ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk. In the first floor are located apartments with categories 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk. In the second floor are located apartmetnts with categories 5+kk (duplex apartment) and 1+kk. Each apartment is provided with a large terrace or balcony. Apartments in the first floor oriented to the northwest (east) also have a front garden. Apartment building is based on flat foundations of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The core of the object (stairwell and lift shaft) are also made of monolithic reinforced concrete walls. The load-bearing structures are designed as masonry from classic and sound-insulating brick blocks. Non-load-bearing are made either of brick blocks of thickness 140 mm or 80 mm, or as a lightweight SDK constructions. Object is insulated according to need by ventilated facade cladding and a system of green walls. The ceilling is made of reinforced concrete monolithic equipped with SDK soffit either directly anchored or suspended. The flat roof is vegetated, and partly made as a terrace. The windows and the outer door are made of aluminum and glazed with insulating triple glazing.
Construction Project for Implementation of Houses in Slavkov - Pod Zlatou horou

The subject of the diploma thesis is the solution of chosen parts of the construction technology project of the 1st phase of the construction „Komplex RD Slavkov, Pod Zlatou horou“. These are 4 semi-detached houses, overall 8 family houses. The work deals with technological regulations for the superstructure including roof, study of the realization of the construction technology project, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms and control and test plan. For the whole construction is elaborated time and financial plan in two variants, namely the gradual and current method of construction, and a detailed schedule for one semi-detached house. The technical report of the building site equipment is completed with the drawings, itemized budget of the building part of the house, noise study and specialization focused on the photovoltaic system, with an alternative solution to use solar collectors. The thesis also includes a case study of construction methods focused on the gradual and current method of construction.
Apartment building

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is a project documentation for construction of the building of the apartment house in Humpolec. The building is designed for housing, it has five overground storeys and a basement, with a lift. It contains seventeen dwelling units with access to the balcony and a possibility of own parking right in the building. The basement is largely made up of parking space – one collective garage with nineteen parking spots. The remaining part of the underground floor is made up of corridor, air conditioning engine room, room with electricity meters, room with cellars, utility room and cleaning room. On the other floors there are a total of seventeen housing units with layouts of 1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk a 4+kk. The apartment building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks, in the basement from monolithic reinforced concrete are insulated with the contact thermal insulation system according to ETICS. The ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, only above the apartment on the 5th floor, the load-bearing part of the ceiling is solved using wooden beams. Stairway is solved as reinforced concrete precast. The building is covered by flat monolayer roof.

The topic of the thesis is the design of new residential building in Tišnově. The aim is to develop detailed documentation for construction. The work includes studies, drawings, text and part of the calculation. It is a detached residential building with ground plan dimensions of approximately 13.5 x 37 m. The building has 4 floors and a flat roof. The building is made of ceramic bricks, ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. Roofing is made up of single shell flat roof. The building is located on undeveloped land in housing estates on flat terrain. Residential building contains 12 apartments, one of which is completely wheelchair. There are also 6 separate garages on the first floor.
APARTMENT BUILDING LÁNICE

This bachelor’s thesis outlines the development of project documentation for a new apartment building named “Lánice”. The apartment is constructed with an underground basement in addition to three above-ground floors containing a total of 9 residential units featuring several different layouts. The apartment building’s foundations are made up of plain concrete foundations strips. The ground floor’s vertical structural system consists of the “Best” formwork, while the aboveground floors make use of “Porotherm” cut brick blocks. All horizontal structures are monolithic and made with reinforced concrete. The ETICS contact insulation system is used to insulate the building. A flat, single-layer roof is used on this apartment building.

The subject of this thesis is to design a detached single-family house. The aim was to create an object suitable for a five-member family by its disposition solution. The building is located in almost flat terrain on a specific plot of cadastral area of Brno city, Modřice Street Field. The house has two floors and no basement with vegetation roof. Part of the house is also a garage for two cars. The main entrance is oriented to the north. External as well as internal walls are designed in a technology of Heluz system. Ceiling above first above-ground floor is monolithic reinforced concrete. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new detached house in worked up with five structural details including. Drawing part was processed in a computer program AutoCad. The work also includes fire safety and thermos technical solution.

Apartment building in Boskovice

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building located in Boskovice. The apartment building is designed as a detached building set in northeast part of the city Boskovice between existing surrouding buildings of detached houses and apartment buildings. The aparment bulding is set in a moderately sloping terrain. The apartment building has a basement with three floors and it is roofed with a flat roof. The main entrance to the bulding is from the south side and it has front door steps. There is a total of 7 dwelling units in the above ground floors which sizes are 1+KK, 2+KK and 3+KK. In the basement are located Technical facilities and storage space. The building is designed as mansory construction. Horizontal load-bearing structure is made of monolithic reinforced conctere ceiling. The individual floors are connected by a half-turn reinforced conctere stairs and by a lift. The building is insulated with contact thermal insulation system.
Detached Family Residence

This Bachelor’s Thesis deals with a design of detached family residence with planner’s office. The house is situated on a specific plot of cadastral area of Brno city, in Soběšice in Rozárka Street. The aim was to create an object suitable for a four-member family by its disposition solution, and fitting the neighbouring buildings by its appearance. The designed house is two-storey, basementless with saddle roof. Peripheral walls of above-ground floors are built from lime-sand blocks of SENDWIX walling system. Contact insulation system was used for thermal insulation of the whole object. Ceiling above first above-ground floor is monolithic reinforced concrete. Load-bearing structure of a roof deck is made of wooden trusses. The work also includes fire safety and thermotechnical solution.
