Valuation of Steel Construction.

This diploma thesis mainly deals with valuation of steel structures from the perspective of an investor. Today there are several types of steel constructions, which assemble is partly done in workshop, so called “bridge-workshop”, and the rest of the assembling is done directly at the building site. That is the main difference from the construction industry. This fact makes financial valuation of whole thesis very difficult, because construction companies often do not state detailed breakdown of their activities. The main goal of this thesis is to suggest procedure how to value steel constructions in a phase of documentation processing, workshop production, transportation and technological equipment construction at the site.

Reconstruction of Merhautova – Okruzni – Seifertova crossing in Brno

The theme of this master thesis is a way of solving tram track elongation in Brno - Lesna. The task was to draw up a tram track through the crossroad of streets Merhautova, Seifertova and Okruzni including reconstruction of crossroad. This master thesis deals with the of different variants of solution of crossroad. The most appropriate option is worked out further. In this work is also included outlining of futher tram tracking behind the crossroad and placement of the nearest tram stops. The result of this work is to elaborate of the situation including charasteristic cut sections and longitudinal profiles of tram lines. Part of this work is an estimate of the financial cost to realize this building.

Prices of transport structures with a focus on road infrastructure

The aim of this work is to introduce the pricing for traffic constructions, more precisely for the road infrastructure in phase of preparation and realisation. There is a specific example of the cost estimating of a realized construction presented here. Then there is an analysis of an example focusing on the compliance with the financial limit of the planned construction. In the theoretical part of this thesis basic information about the traffic in the Czech Republic, a brief overview of the process of construction of roads, and price creation of the road structures with increased attention to cost estimating and possibilities of financing of roads are mentioned. In the last part of the work the evaluation of the work and samples of interesting facts about the current financing of transport constructions are presented.

This thesis deals with the general principle of technology as a partial freight logistics center services ČSAD Hodonín, as The paper first lists and describes the activities related to the operation of logistics centers, which are further supplemented by an analysis of the operation, focusing on the loading, unloading and transfer batches of different manufacturing companies. This thesis is further supplemented by a theoretical approach with potential applications in the actual operation. The result is then draft general technological progress in the transportation of goods from the factory to the logistics center using its own freight.
