The aim of this thesis is to find an appropriate strategy, which the company should use in the future, This finding gives us a particular strategic and financial analysis. The outcome of these analyzes will be put in a SWOT analysis, where all the data will be summarized in individual points. Furthermore, a decision will be made based on the SWOT analysis, how the company should be run, in other words, we choose the future strategy from the particular SWOT quadrant.

Company Performance Measurement

This thesis deals with the performance measurement of REMAK, a.s. In the theoretical section are explained performance related concepts, there are descriptions of individual systems for performance measurement and analysis used in the desription of the current state of company. The following part focuses on the description of the analyzed company and a description of the current situation using individual analyzes and model START PLUS. Next part is own suggestions for solutions and benefits of the proposals.

Firm Analysis by Different Methods

The thesis is focused on strategic analysis of the selected company. To analyze the external environment is used SLPETA analysis, Porter's 5 forces model and to analyze the internal environment the 7S. The results are summarized with a SWOT analysis and the conclusion of the work are given possible recommendations and proposals for sub-strategic objectives. All recommendations comply with the rules SMART and are in line with company strategy.

The master‘s thesis deals with the change of management system of chosen company. The main aim of this thesis is to chose suitable analyses, to execute an analysis of present state and to sugest a management system according to managerial functions. The main outcomes of this thesis are proposals and recommendations of management system which should improve a position of the company at the market and improve a situation inside this company.
