Social business is type of business, which primary objective is very different from the profit-driven business. Social business objective is to create an added value to society and achieve at least some profit, which serves as a means to achieve this goal. For my thesis I have chosen a business model analysis of the new organization Hub Prague, which is a representative of a social entrepreneurship and which has entered Czech market in 2010. I have examined mainly its income and expenditures and the consequent ability to survive in the future. I have chosen this topic because I believe the social business as a whole new kind of business has the ability not only to succeed in the market, but bring a positive impact and add value to people in its neighborhood as well. According to the analysis performed I think that Hub owners should pay attention to cash flow management to ensure sufficient funds to run the business. To ensure Hub's Access it should focus its marketing activities on right communication of its mission towards its potential and current members and monitor its capacity constraints.

Financial analysis of company MADETA a. s.

The bachelor's thesis aims to evaluate the financial stability and health of the company MADETA a. s. in the time period 2007 -- 2009. In the introduction goals of the thesis are set out. In the theoretical and methodological part conceptual apparatus is defined. This part of the thesis also describes what the financial analysis is, its resources and who use it. Calculation methods of indicators applied in the thesis are given. The main methods used are techniques of percentage analysis, analysis of ratio indicators and calculation of the economic value added. Next part is a brief description of the analyzed company and changes that occurred in it during the time period. In the practical part the calculated values of the indicators used in the thesis are given. These values are commented, results are drawn and compared with values achieved by competitors. In conclusion the results are summarized and the overall financial health of the company is evaluated.

Analysis of financial statements based on IFRS in chosen company

The main idea of this bachelor thesis is to take a look financial statements of manufacturing plant according to international financial reporting standards. In theoretical part are written a few words about history of IFRS, law procedure of implementation these standards. Thesis continues introduction of basis rules and principces of framework role. At the end this part are mentioned some important information about chosen IAS. The practical part is based on analysis all financials statements, which are created by french company. At the beggining is introduction of foreign company, described its own accounting principles and methods of closing process with following own analyse of financial statements.

The Problem of Utilization of the Cultural Historical Sights in Tourism

In my thesis, the issue of utilization of cultural and historical sights in tourism was executed by means of SWOT analysis. Based on the data entry form, the analysis of strengths and weaknessses of selected cultural and historical sights in the South Bohemia Region was drawn up. The output of the analysis of external environment was applied to the analysis of opportunities and threats for Kvítkův Dvůr, another place of interest. The thesis presents proposals for the utilization of the Kvítkův Dvůr premises, moreover, it also deals with the calculation of economic impacts of a few suggested measures including quantitative documentation.

This dissertation called The Analysis of Support of Solar Energy in Jihocesky Kraj by the European Union is focused right on one field of alternative sources of energy, which is very debated topic these days. The purpose of this dissertation paper is to describe the current situation in the exploitation of solar energy in Jihočeský kraj. Afterwards, the evaluation of photovoltaic power station to measure if the capital investment into alternative sources of energy presents profitable chance.

The creation and use of income from operations, cash flow

The goal of this bachelor paper was analysed the creation of income from operations in hotel, which is situated in town Bechyně. The costs and profits were followed in this hotel. They were divided into the three main groups. The first is operational and the others are financial and extraordinary. The income from operations was also analysed and divided in the same three groups. The income from operations was also evaluated by indicators such as return on owner{\crq}s equity or return of sales and so on. In the bachelor paper was also analysed cash flow. Cash flow statement was prepared for the purpose of analysis. This statement is divided into three parts which are operational, investment and financing cash flow. At the end of the work is evaluation of results.

This bachelor thesis is focused on long-term assets of a company, concretely on its roles in economic activity of company. The goal of thesis is to specify long-term assets, types of their acquisition, financing, accounting and tax aspects in theoretical part of thesis. In practical part is the main goal to specify long-term assets of chosen entrepreneurial subject, to evaluate effeciency of planned long-term investments, to entertain different ways of financing this investment and to choose optimal way for this company. On the basis of chosen way of financing evaluate planned costs and revenues of investment, evaluate development of current costs and revenues and to make up planned financial statements for next five years.

The task of the study was to characterize the financial analysis, indicate the importance for decision making in business, to characterize the cash flow for financial analysis. Thus characterized by the analysis was performed on a real business, where they were enumerated various ratios: profitability, liquidity, debt, activities and indicators based on cash flow. Furthermore, the position expressed by the company against competitors, and some reputable and bankruptcy models.

The bachelor thesis deals with corporate strategy. The objective of the thesis is to evaluate economic activities of a selected enterprise as a basis for development of a new or modification of the existing strategy. The theoretical part describes approaches to the solution, definitions of strategy and strategic management. It also contains a value analysis of economic activities in 2005 {--} 2007 of a selected enterprise which focuses on embroidery production. The synthetic part contains a proposal of economic activities in 2008 {--} 2010.
