Unconventional manufacturing technology of flat sheet metal parts
Langr, Aleš ; Šknouřilová, Eva (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
Unconventional manufacturing technology of flat sheet metal parts is used widely all around the world. These technologies includes laser cutting, plasma cutting, waterjet cutting and punching. The study introduces descriptions of chosen methods, used tools and machines, their pros and cons and examples of manufactured components. These methods are compared in conclusion.
Cutting of measuring hard-metal triple contacts by ED technology
Smital, Pavel ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Dvořák, Jaromír (advisor)
This work deals with unconventional machining methods focused primarily on the wire EDM cutting. The introduction describes the basic principles and essence of electrical discharge machining. The practical part is focused on solving the current problem - reducing scrap of measuring triple contacts in the production company Kovo Jančo.
Surface finishing using unconventional methods.
Popelář, Petr ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The summary of selected technologies and methods of conventional and unconventional ways of machining that are used for finishing the surface of engineering components. Summarizes the basic principles, a description of machines, tools, working conditions, the resulting values of surface texture and precision, which can be achieved by these methods. Usage in practice, evaluation and comparison according to criteria by Ra and IT.
Unconventional methods of material cutting
Rusz, Radek ; Mrňa, Libor (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The bachelor thesis contents literary study of a unconventional methods of material cutting. Work is focused on cutting technology of a water jet, plasma, laser, ultrasound and electron beam. Each method is explained in terms of physical principle and application in industry. Also, there is the technological equipment for the various methods, including evaluation of their parameters. The work is also a comparison of all methods in terms of productivity and material processing quality, assessment their advantages and disadvantages, and suitability for small- or large volume production.
Technology of Production Frame of Case
Tvarůžek, Martin ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
The bachelor Thesis compares and evaluates the most advanced production technology of components frame of case. These cases are used for induction heating of material. The thesis compares technological features of the material division by means of plasma jet, water jet and laser. It also evaluates the using of the given technology from economic point of view.
Progressive technologies in production of forming parts
Pavézka, Vladimír ; Šlais, Miroslav (referee) ; Rumíšek, Pavel (advisor)
PAVÉZKA Vladimír: Progressive technologies in production of forming parts. Bachelor thesis of the 3rd year bachelor’s degree programme, school year 2008/2009, study branch: Mechanical Engineering. FSI VUT in Brno, Institute of Manufacturing Technology, Department of Metal Forming and Plastics, May 2009. Project deals with description of modern and progressive methods which are used in the field of metal and plastic forming technology, surface and volume forming.
Unconventional methods of material cutting
Kulenda, Martin ; Mrňa, Libor (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The present bachelor thesis summarizes the findings of unconventional methods of materials cutting. The thesis is only concerned with the most common and most appropriate methods used in practice. The described methods include cutting by laser, plasma, water jet, electron beam and ultrasound. For each of these methods, the principle of current technologies and technological equipment used for materials cutting in industrial practice is described. This thesis compares the individual methods in terms of their advantages and disadvantages when cutting different types of materials and also the appropriateness of the use of such methods in small or large series production.
Analysis of electro-spark cutting and digging machines from firm name Emotek s.r.o. and their enforcement on EU market
Svoboda, Jiří ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The aim of this work is to make the reader closer to the principle and usage of an uconventional technology of shaping metal materials - electro discharge machining. The first part of the work contents historical dates, an explanation of the principle and the technological insertion. In the second part I concentrate on the range of products of the Slovakian company Emotek, to be specific, on their spark cutting machine EIR 005. I sample the description of the machine and its technical - economic comparison with the competitive electro - spark machines. The whole work is primarily concentrated on the electro - spark cutting machines. The digging machines are mentioned only marginally. Lastly, the work should persuade the readers of indisputable advantages of this technology and its utilization. Furthemore to introduce Emotek as a company competing with other external producers as well as with merchants and to point out the further possible progress of the company and its activity in the electro - discharge machining branch.
Obrábění vodním paprskem
Lisec, Jakub
The work is focused on the use of unconventional technology of water jet cutting foil waterproof plywood material. The work is divided into several parts: a brief development of technology, the nature of the machining process, analysis equipment, the quality of the cutting process, affecting the quality of the cut and the experimental part. In the results, the work aims to evaluate what effects on the quality of the cut surface occurs when different input parameters machining foil waterproof plywood pure waterjet. In conclusion, I try to highlight the issue of evaluating the quality of machining and justification why the method of cutting a pure waterjet not will have in the woodworking industry, such representation.
Návrh nábytku bez kovových a lepených spojů s využitím nekonvenčních metod obrábění
Voith, Petr
The main task of this diploma thesis is making design of furniture without using metal and glued joints with the use of unconventional machining method. The theoretic base of the whole thesis is characteristic of individual unconventional machining methods with its historical development, machining principle, description of machinery, description of general utilization and utilization in the area of furniture production. In the next part I'm discussing diversity of joining techniques and their use for the design of folding furniture, either with demountable fittings or with joinery, carpenter or other joints. In the final part of this work space is devoted to my own design of folding furniture (armchair) where I also focus on individual constructions of seating furniture and compliance of relevant anthropometric and ergonomic dimensions for its realisation.
