The task of this bachelor's thesis is a technical solution of a family house based on a given architectural design. The building is meant to comply with the current low-energy standards. The house is four storeys tall in total, of which only the three uppermost storeys are given attention. The ground floor shares a single wall with the upper floors.

The task given for this bachelor thesis „Family house“ is to compile a project documentation according to the structural part of the decree no. 499/2006. This house, designed for a family of four (2 parents and 2 children) is located in the village Krnov, an area of consistent family house development. Object consists of one underground and two aboveground stories of this disposition: - basement (1.PP) technical, hobby and storage rooms - ground floor (1.NP) main entrance with vestibule, hallway with the stair space, toilet, garage and living room with an access to terrace - first floor (2.NP) rooms for relaxation and bedrooms of both parents with cloakroom and bathroom, children rooms, bathroom with toilet Construction system of the house – walls (consisting in basement of permanent shuttering and on ground floors of ceramic blocks). Ceiling structure is in construction of the ceramic system and under the garage is a prefabricated concrete panels. The roofing is done using pitched roofs – construction with a slope 35°.

The bachelor thesis is focused on a design for new-building of family house with an establishment of travel agency. The new building is placed in a cadastral area of the town Prostějov. The building is with two floors, without a basement and is designed for living of four persons with small travel agency, equipped with necessary accessories. Exterior walls are designed in the Ytong system and partly from a concrete blocks. Walls are insulated by contact thermal insulation. A ceiling strcuture is designed as a reinforced concrete slab. Building has a saddle roof. The bachelor thesis is formed as a project documentation.

In bachelor´s thesis is written up documentation of a family house. Family house is designed in the cadastral area of Záhraď in Litomyšl. A land is situated in the northeastern part of city in gentle gradient. House is designed as rectangle with dimensions 9,0 x 11,78 m and there is attached garage. House has two floors and gable roof. The supporting system of vertical and horizontical constructions is made by PoroTherm blocks, the truss is made by collar beam.

The topic of the bachelor´s thesis focuses on the solution of the house in the city of Nitra. The house has a partial basement with two floors and comprises living spaces. The building contains also the arrivals level, downhill ramp, parking area in front of the garage, patio, outdoor stairs and garage located in the basement of a residential building. Floor plan of the house has a varied shape due to the use of diverse materials with two pent and one flat walkable roof. The house will be located on steep terrain. Entrance to the house is situated to the northeast. During the construction of the object system was used Meccato, Ytong.

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the new building of family house with workroom (hairdresser’s) in Návsí. The family house is located on flat land on the outskirts of the village. The building does not have a basement and has two above – ground floors. In the first floor there is a workroom and entrance to the living area. The house is designed for a family of four. The building is made of wall construction system Porotherm, the roof of the house and the workroom is gabled. The project will also include the parking lots and pavements.
Design of heating system for family house

This bachelor thesis deals with ways of family house heating. This thesis aimed to choose a suitable heating system for a specific family house. The first part of the thesis deals with a search of commonly used heat sources. This part contains a description of the work of these heat sources and their pros and cons. The following part introduces a specific family house, and the calculation of heat loss and annual heat consumption is performed. Then, three proposals are selected, for which the costs of their operation and return are calculated. At the end of the thesis, the proposals are compared and evaluated from an economic point of view. Based on this comparison, the most suitable proposals are selected, and the conclusions are commented on.

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is working out a design project of a two-storey family house in Brno-Ivanovice. This is a detached house with a cellar and two above-round floors. The family house has been projected for a four to five-member family. In the basement there is located wine storage, a store and a staircase. The first above-ground floor is comprised of an entrance to the garage and on the toilet. Continuing from the wind lobby we get to the lounge part of the family house consisting of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a pantry. From the living room there is an entrance to the terrace. In the back part is located a technical room, a guest room, a sauna and a relax room. The garage is dimensioned for one car. Stairway leads to the second above-ground floor where there are two children's rooms, a bedroom, a toilet, a bathroom, a dressing room. Balcony can be accessed from bedroom, the terrace above the garage can be accesed from the children's room. Vertical, external walls in the basement are made of sand lime blocks Silka S12 - 1800. The vertical external walls in the above-ground parts of the house are made of aerated concrete blocks Ytong P2 - 400, 300 mm. The vertical inner walls structures are made of aerated concrete blocks Ytong P2 - 400, 300 mm. Vertical, inner, non-load bearing structures are made of aerated concrete blocks Ytong P2 - 500, 125 mm. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs, C30 / 37, steel B550B. The roof is warm flat , inslulated by polystyrene EPS 200S, the fallout is created by polystyren concrete PSB 50th.
