Main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to compile financial analysis of chosen firm Dopravní stavby Brno s.r.o. based on publicly available information from years 2009 to 2012. The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis "Financial analysis of BEST, a.s." is to analyze and evaluate the financial situation of the company BEST, a.s. from the year 2008 to 2012. Financial analysis is performed from an external point of view based on publicly available information. It contains an introduction, theoretical part, practical part and conclusion. The theoretical part deals with different instruments, indicators and methods of financial analysis. In the practical part individual methods of the financial analysis are applied to the surveyed enterprise. The conclusion summarizes the most important findings from the practical part, assessed the overall situation of the company BEST, a.s. and procedures designed to improve.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on financial analysis of the company Sapeli and it compares financial health between 2008 and 2012. The thesis is divided into four parts - introduction, theoretical part, practical part and conclusion. Introduction contains basic information about the work. The used methods and practices of financial analysis are summarized in the methodological section. This section is followed by the practical part, which contains calculated and commented ratio indicators and evaluation of value models and bankruptcy models. In conclusion of this bachelor's thesis are summed up results of financial analysis and proposed recommendations.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of the company Rodinný Pivovar BERNARD a.s. as of 31st of December 2013. The company is valuated using discounted cash flow (FCFF and FCFE) method and economic value added method. The methodology section contains theoretical basis which is necessary for determining the value of the company. Theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part. The practical part includes strategic analysis, in which the beer market in Czech Republic was analyzed, financial analysis, which assesses financial performance of the company. The conclusion contains a statement about the value of the company.

Aim of bachelor thesis is to define the financial situation and health of the chosen company. As a tool for this analysis serves commonly used methods and procedures that are applied in the financial analysis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the purpose, resources, users and methods of financial analysis. Furthermore, it contains a description of the horizontal and vertical analysis, selected ratios, credit scoring and bankruptcy models and methods of benchmarking. In the practical part there are introduction of the selected company and application of methods and procedures contained in the theoretical part. Emphasis is placed on interpretation and graphical representation of results, comments on the causes of development and recommendations for the management of the company.

The Bachelor thesis is devoted to financial analysis of the company Karlovarská Korunní s.r.o. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the overall financial position of the company between the years 2008 to 2012 from the perspective of a minority shareholder. The company's annual reports were used as the main source of information. All of the applied methods are described in detail in the theoretical part of the thesis. The practical part then then applies these methods on Karlovarská Korunní s.r.o in order to evaluate the company's financial health. The methods of financial analysis used in the thesis include vertical and horizontal analysis, application of financial ratios, and evaluation of economical value added, evaluation of working capital, bankruptcy and creditworthiness models or comparison with competitors. The end part of the thesis summarizes the retrieved information.

The Bachelor work considers history of origin of Actors' Association, about important dates and the strategy of its activity. It also deals with reason and circumstances accompaning the origin. It maps the essential milestones in the development of this organization. It offers the survay about financial situation of Actors' Association through the financial analysis during the last years. My oun fundamental contribution to this problem is the suggestion of marketing strategy following from questionare research. It is aimd to the temporary awareness of the wide public about Thalia awards. The validity of questionare research is based on the statistic date about monitoring awards ceremony of the Thalia awards, obtaind from Czech television.

The bachelor thesis analyzes financial situation of company Vinné sklepy Valtice from 2007 to 2012. The thesis consists of two parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes methods used in practical section. To analyze the company, we use vertical and horizontal analysis, differential indicators, financial ratios, credibility and bankruptcy models. Final results are compared with the results of competitors in viticulture by the means of different methods. A complete financial situation of the company is summarized in conclusion.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate financial stability and health of company Rodinný pivovar Bernard, a.s. during the period 2008 -- 2012. Financial analysis is conducted of the perspective of an external user. In the theoretical part are explained concepts and indicators, which are subsequently used in practical part and their results are commented. Those are the vertical and the horizontal analysis, the parallel system of ratios and the DuPont pyramid decomposition. The next indicator is net working capital, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and intercompany comparison. In the conclusion are summarized the results of the financial analysis and there are suggested some recommendations to improve financial situation.
