Nowadays, there is no room for a teaching of Landscape Ecology in the Ecology subject taught in Agricultural and Forestry focused schools. Students get only basic information about this topic nowadays. For this reason it is advantageous to incorporate lessons of project teaching in a interesting and complex form which solves a practical problem or task which is in some way connected with the realities of life. Students can gain new knowledge based on their own experience and they will create their own conclusions in this area within the model project.
