Following chapters contain the overview of methods. Methods are categorized into economic sectors according to their key element. The aim of this thesis is to increase awareness about this problem.

Employee Education and Development in the company SAP BSCE

This paper familiarizes the readers with the contemporary trends in the area of employee education and development and offers aligned perspective on the issue, explains the basic notions, forms and methods of employee education and development and creates the foundation to understanding the importance of the education and development of the employees. The theoretical part of this paper focuses on understanding the notions and the division of the education and development methods into three groups - on the job, off the job and marginal methods. For the sake of completeness, I also mention the direction and trends in which the employee education and development progresses as well as the legislative adjustments of the corporate education in Czech republic. A part of this paper are also selected data from the 2006 survey "Further Expertising Education", done by the European Statistics Agency. The practical part focuses on the description and analysis of the education and development activities in the company SAP BSCE, including their evaluation and the prospective suggestions for improvement.

The thesis analyses and evaluates human resources methods in ČSOB a.s. in the areas of creating engagements, employees recruitment, adaptation, appraisal, education, remuneration and benefits. Firstly, the theoretical aspects of the thesis are described and explained.Secondly, the methods used in ČSOB are described. Thirdly, the human resources research is proceeded, the week and strong points are mentioned and possible recommendation are suggested.

Oceňování Zásob

Tato práce pojednává o problematice zásob v účetnictví. Nejprve definuje pojem zásoby, charakterizuje jejich vlastnosti a vymezuje jejich členění. Následně se věnuje periodickému a průběžnému systému jejich účtování a ostatním náležitostem souvisejících s jejich účtováním. Jádrem práce je problematika oceňování zásob účetní jednotkou. Podrobně tak popisuje oceňování zásob v okamžiku jejich pořízení, v okamžiku jejich vykazování a v okamžiku jejich spotřeby či prodeje. Na závěr práce je zpracován komplexní příklad na metody oceňování úbytku zásob, z něhož je vyvozeno několik závěrů týkajících se vlivu použití jednotlivých metod oceňování zásob na náklady vstupující do výsledovky a na konečný stav zásob. Výsledkem práce však také je popis hlavních úskalí, která mohou nastat při oceňování zásob v okamžiku jejich pořízení a v okamžiku jejich vykazování.

The thesis analyses and evaluates methods of employees recruitment in specific personal placement service. Firstly, the theoretical aspects of the thesis are described and explained. Secondly, the analysing and evaluating part of the thesis containing three particular job placements is proceeded. Thirdly, the closing part contains evaluation and conclusion of used methods and at the same time suggests another methods that can be possibly used for this particular purpose.

Veřejné zakázky na municipální úrovni

Práce se zabývá členěním veřejných zakázek podle druhu a předpokládané hodnoty. Popisuje průběh zadávacího řízení s důrazem na zjednodušené podlimitní řízení a nejčastější metody pro hodnocení veřejných zakázek a projektů (CUA,CBA,CMA, metoda rozvrhu váhy, metoda kardinální číselné stupnice). V případové studii se analyzují kritéria použitá pro konkrétní typ zakázky a zkoumá se jejich vhodné použití. Ve zvolené municipalitě je analyzován objem veřejných zakázek ve sledovaném období a jeho podíl na celkových výdajích dané municipality.

Optimalizace počtu pracovníků v maloobchodní jednotce

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem stanovení potřebného počtu pracovníků v maloobchodní jednotce, který řeší na konkrétním případě tří prodejen diskontního řetězce. Obsahem práce je charakteristika obchodního provozu a teoretický základ frekvenčního testu, metody průměrné nutné doby obsluhy a metody indexů frekvence kupujících. Uvedené metody jsou následně aplikovány na tyto prodejny.

The application of multicriteria evaluation of alternatives in manufacturing company

The target of this thesis is to derermine the quality of the aluminium base alloy and size of aluminium plates used for mountain bike equipment. Furthermore the thesis assigns one provider of this material for Shaman Racing company. There were chosen methods of multicriteria evaluation of alternatives to fulfill the target. These methods are ORESTE, TOPSIS and ELECTRE I. The thesis also proves the possibilities of practical application of determined methods and analyzes possible problems that could occur during handling the input data and process of selecting the "best" alternative.
