The aim of this bachelor thesis which is called „ A brick – built detached house“ is to create documentation for carrying out construction. The house is designed for a four – member family. It is situated in a suburb of Velké Němčice. The building has been designed as a detached house with two floors and no basement. The first floor consists of two parts – a technical and active one. In the technical part, there is a garage for a car, workroom, technical room, closet and staircase. In the active part, there is a living room with dining room, kitchen and entrance leading to the terrace. On the second floor, there is a closet, bathroom, drying room, separate toilet and three rooms. The load – bearing wall is made of brick breeze blocks Porotherm. The ceiling is made of POT girders and ceiling inserts Miako. Part of the house is covered with a single pitch roof with an agle of inclination of 15° made of a tin roof covering Lindab and the second part is made of a flat roof from a sloped wedge.

In this bachelor thesis I am focusing on a project of a detached family house on a site 5017 in a village Radiměř. Proposed category of a flat is 4+1. Family house is designed according to an irregular platform 14,84x8,08m. The house has two floors with a habitable attic, without cellarage. Downstairs there is a space behind a door, technical room, a toilet a storage room, a storage room under the stairway, two-ply stairs, a living room and a kitchen. The family house includes a garage for one car and with enough storage space. Upstairs there is a bathroom, 2 rooms and a bedroom. The house is based on strip foundations made of a simple concrete. Vertical and horizontal frameworks are devised from cellular concrete blocks Ytong. Enclosure wall is insulated by boards Ytong Multipor. The roof is anticlinal with a 40 degrees deflection. The entering side is orientated to the east. The living room is orientated to the south and the west, which makes the place shiny enough and furthermore there is an entrance to the platform. This bachelor thesis deals with, architectural, dispositional and structural solution of family boarding house with barrier-free access and owner’s apartment. It’s cellarfree two-storey house with two one-storey outbuildings. In first floor is accomodation area with ten 10 beds in four rooms, in second floor is owner’s apartment with teracce. To this building is desinged outbuilding garage for owner’s apartment and outbuilding warehouse for accomodation area. Structure of house i desinged in longitudinal support system in Porotherm system. Ceilings is ceramic-concrete, also Porotherm system. Roof is shed single-leaf supported by wooden beams. Covering is mPVC foil.

In the bachelor´s thesis there is designed new building for habitation with tooth surgery. House is located in the town of Cerveny Kostelec, street Lánská on plot No 1007/14. The building has two floors, has not a basement and has flat roof. The building is designed by Heluz system, whole house is insulated with external thermal insulation composite system. In the first floor there is tooth surgery and living area. In the second floor there is only living area. The right side is connected to the building garage. The project itself is processed in ArchiCAD 14.

The project has been prepared complete documentation of new building to family business house the level of documentation for building construction. The building is without basement with two floors. House is designed for a family of four to five. Premises will be used as a law office. The building is designed completely from the system POROTHERM. The roof is designed with gable roof. The proposal emphasizes the object static and layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Design documentation was implemented in the program ArchiCAD. The building is designed for year-round living.
Rehabilitation technology of embankment dams by using suitable types of waste

The subject of this work is to find an optimal technology for repairing existing embankment dams with emphasis on simplicity and ecological scalability. Next, secondary energy and waste materials will be evaluated as a partial replacement of a quality montmorillonitic clay. The aim of this will be to maximize the use of these waste materials. In the end a selection of materials for the locality will be made. The use of appropriate types of waste for repairs of embankment dams with clay based grouting compound technology has a great potential, especially with those dams that are not fulfilling their function due to their age.
