Non-contact temperature measurement
Sládek, Vojtěch ; Minář, Petr (referee) ; Hermanský, Dominik (advisor)
The aim of the thesis was the study of non-contact temperature measurement and the use of this measurement in the field of production machines. The first part of thesis includes concepts and definitions that are necessary for familiarization with the issue. In the second, practical part, contact and non-contact measurements were compared in two experiments. In the first one the machine frame was measured, on which the thermal load was simulated, the emission was determined, which was compared with emissivity from the tables. In the second experiment, the temperature gradient of the ball screw was measured during the ball screw operation and was determined emissivity, which was again compared with the table values. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes advantages and disadvantages of non-contact measurements that have been verified in practice.
Proactive system maintenance machines in engineering practice
Morcinková, Lenka ; Řezníčková, Hana (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis concerns the technical diagnostics and maintenance of machine tools. The first part of it deals with this topic theoretically, the practical part focuses on the application of specific measures. Bachelor thesis includes vibrodiagnostic measurement of the lathe, suggestion of the proactive maintenance system and other activities that could help with the development of maintenance management in company SMC Industrial Automation CZ s.r.o.
Modern approaches in the maintenance field
Pšenková, Tereza ; Řezníčková, Hana (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This master thesis deals with position of the maintenance in the company structure and with modern management approaches. One of the highest levels of maintenance is the proactive maintenance, which is using the technical diagnostics to find out the causes of failures. The most inportant in case of machines are vibrodiagnostics and thermodiagnostics, which are going to be applied on the motors in company Bosch Diesel s.r.o.
Electrical machines fault simulator
Krátký, Michal ; Krbal, Michal (referee) ; Šlezingr, Jan (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is the laboratory task focused on vibrodiagnostics of rotating electrical machines. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is made of information related to rotating electrical machine mainly its faults and technical diagnostics. Besides that the vibrodiagnostics is involved into the theoretical part as well. The practical part deals with the design of laboratory task focused on vibrodiagnostics of rotating electrical machines. There is shown how vibrations influence the machine during the operation. There is used asynchronous machine 1LA7080 and vibrometer MV-5L and noncontact tachometer UNI-T UT372 for this experiment. The second task is the starting current diagnostics. The starting current ofthe engine with the rotor asymmetry 1LA7080 and rotor symmetry 1LA7090 is going to be analyzed here. On these engines will be shown, how current flicks affectthe magnetic field of the engine in the air gap.
Proactive diagnostics and monitoring of the state of three phase asynchronous motors in industrial company
Holub, Ondřej ; Jankových, Róbert (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the proactive diagnostics and monitoring of state of the three phase asynchronnous motors in industrial company Bosch Diesel Jihlava. In master thesis is designed diagnostics system based on the selected suitable diagnostics methods and other appropriate process monitors the status of these technical equipments.
Methods of Technical Diagnostics
Klusáček, Stanislav ; Ďaďo, Stanislav (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Bejček, Ludvík (advisor)
The main objective of the presented thesis is to contribute to the development of diagnostic methods for piezoelectric sensor testing. The thesis describes the methods for piezoelectric sensors microcracks identification and diagnostics. The core of the thesis presents the development of a knock sensor prototype, design of suitable methods for the knock sensors diagnosis and evaluation of developed methods with focus on detection of microcracks in the sensor piezoceramic. The last part of the thesis deals with the influence of cracks and splits on the measured data from the piezoelectric transducer. The presented methods are focusing on impedance measurements and sensors frequency response measurements. Known properties of used piezoelectric material as an information source for measurement and diagnosis are provided. The main result of the work is the evaluation of the methods developed for the piezoelectric sensors self-diagnosis.
Use of VAG-COM PROFI Diagnostic Kit in Forensic Engineering
Wertheim, Adolf ; Tylšar, Vladimír (referee) ; Panáček, Vladimír (advisor)
The thesis deals with possibilities of application of VAG-COM PROFI diagnostic kit in forensic engineering. After defining a theoretical basis, according to possibilities of evaluation of technical condition of a vehicle, the thesis is focused on applying diagnostic methods using above mentioned diagnostic kit. With respect to opportunities of identification of driving parameters, possibility of acceleration measurement and estimation of engine power are introduced. Describing of methodology and making the final statement are contained in the thesis as a part of every single measurement.
Safety of technological systems
Rotnágl, Pavel ; Pavlík, Josef (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This thesis is focused on technical systems and evaluating their safety. It tries to make a complex view of links between safety, demands for quality and technical diagnostics. It tries to apply all the information about mentioned features to concrete branch of machines ¨C highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. Practical part of this thesis consists of statistical analysis of measured parameters by two hydroelectric generators. Main task of this thesis is to transpose theoretical knowledge of safety and technical systems to the branch of highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. This thesis also tries to find appropriate and more efficient evaluation method for analyzing the parameters of mentioned machines. Another benefit of this thesis should be bringing few new ideas about evaluating safety and technical status of highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. Keywords: technical system, safety, highŠ\voltage electrical machines, technical diagnostics
Bearings Error Frequencies
Životský, Petr ; Pata, Vladimír (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
This dissertation deals with error frequences of bearing because the bearing is part of every rotary machine. Certain type of bearing and caused defect is being compared with error frequences which are acquired by experiment. Various kinds of measurement which are more or less applicable in use are being described. Further the dissertation deals with other possible ways of detection error frequences for particular defects of bearing.
