This bachelor’s thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for detached house with establishment. The building is situated on the outskirts of Světlá. The living area of the house is designed for permanent living of 4 people. The establishment is designed as hairdresser's. The house is connected to garage. Above the garage is flat roof with terrace function, above the living part is saddle roof. The house is two-storey with a partial basement. The bricked construction system is made of polished ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceramic blocks are insulated with expanded polystyrene. The building is designed in slightly sloping terrain.
Detached house with an establishment

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a design of new building detached house with establishment – workshop in village Rázová, district Bruntál. It is about self-standing, two-floor partial basement object in which is situated one residential unit. Establishment will be used as joinery assembly workshop. Floor plan of this object is irregular. Detached house has saddle roof, workshop and garage, which has flat roof. Object is based on plain concrete stip foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed of protobeton blocks Porfix and blocks from lost formwork. The ceiling structure is designed as reinforced concrete slab. Saddle roof is gable construction.
FAMILY HOUSE IN STAREJ MYJAVE

The object of the bachelor thesis is the project of the family house with rectangle shaped ground plan and garage in Stará Myjava. The building has a basement, two floors and it is determined for livig of family of four. The house is from the view of disposition divide to the basement with big and empty areas suitable to optional use. On the first floor, there is an entrance into the buildig and its „day section.“ It consists of the kitchen, the livingroom and the dining hall which are functionally connected and by the hallway are linked with a vestibule, sanitary room (the toilet) and the workroom able to use as a bedroom. On the first floor is located the fireplace as a significant architectonical element. The second floor consists of spacious hallway which leads straight to bedrooms. There are three bedrooms on this floor. The fourth room is the bathroom. Two neighboring rooms have the same balcony. All height levels are connected by reinforced concrete staircase. The garage attached on suthern facade is designed for one car. Vertical bearing walls in basement are made of concrete blocks Prefa BTB 50/30/24. The external bearing walls are built of Porotherm 30 Profi bricks, interior bearing walls from Porotherm 25 Profi. The internal non-bearing walls are 120 mm thick, built of Porotherm 11,5 AKU P+D. Insulations of constructions are made of suitable insulating materials – Baumit, Isover or Rockwool. Horisontal bearing constructions are made of ceiling system Porotherm. The object has a gabled roof with slope angle 37° which is changed to 27° on the southern side of the roof. The roof coat is made of Bramac roofing.

The building is located on a plot 1255/111 in administrative area of Karvina. The proposal respects the local plan. The building is without a basement with two floors and nonresidential heated soil. The property includes a garage for two cars. Roofing part of the first floor is designed as a walkable flat roof. The roof above the second ground floor designed as a saddle. The structural system is a wall, brick. The house is designed as a residential unit for permanent residence in a family of four.

The documentation refers to a house designed for four-to five-member family. Land with plate number 1414 is in Troubsko. The building has two floors and a partial basement. The second floor is designed in the form of the attic below the pitched roof with timber roof truss. Lee is protected by pitched hipped roof with timber roof truss. On the south side of the house is a spacious terrace. In the basement is designed one-car garage, utility room and storage. The first floor is the social part of the house. The second floor is resting part, children's rooms and bedroom for parents are placed here. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete. Vertical and horizontal load bearing structures are designed from Porotherm. Partitions are also designed from clay blocks Porotherm. For roofing are designed roof tiles. Roof is supported by timber roof truss. Retaining walls are designed from permanent concrete formwork. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of staircases.

Bachelor thesis project solves a family attached house in gently sloping plot. Attached house is located on the ground number 1390/4 in the city Brno, district Líšeň. Built-up area of the house is 125,11 m2. The building has two above-ground floors, one basement. The house is designed for four to five people, the rooms are oriented mainly towards the south, part of the house is garage. Outer, interior load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls are designed from masonry system of the company Livetherm. Ceilings are created from ceiling beams and formwork liners Livetherm. Attached house has a saddle roof, roof slope is 14° and 12°. Exterior doors and windows are plastic from the company Sulko. Garage doors are from the company Lomax.

This bachelor thesis is based on construction of new building self-standing block of flats, which is located in cadastral territory of Bukov in Moravia. Object has basement and three aboveground floors containing particular flats. Building contains ten flats of total disposition 4× 1 + kk, 4× 2 + 1 and 2× 3 + 1. Parking lot is projected in front of the object on the land of investor. Peripheral construction of basement is made from blocks BTB (sacrificial formwork) and contact thermal insulation system. Aboveground floors are built from ceramic blocks HELUZ. Ceiling constructions are projected from ceramic flu liners HELUZ MIAKO and girders POT. Object is covered by gable roof made from wooden frame-work structures with connector plates in angle of 22°. The bachelor thesis has been elaborated in the form of project documentation for realization of the construction.
