This thesis is focused on ensuring the prosperity of the agricultural company Novohradské hory Ltd. In the theoretical part are described the methods of internal and external analysis (PESTEL -- MAP, ETOP, Causal analysis, Key success factors), methods based on internal logistics (warehousing capacity, Sanky diagram) and evaluation of investment (ROI, playback period). The practical section addresses main areas - analysis of companies, warehouses and parking area, zootherapy implementation and integration into the portfolio of activities.

Simulation of optical system of deposition controller

The report describes results of modeling of optical system which is component of optical monitoring system applied on machines for vacuum thin film deposition. Results were compared to real behavior of system, especially chromatic properties and total throughput. A numerical optimization, based on analysis results, was performed in order to improve throughput and ruggedness of the system.

Models of Revenue Management

The progress in information and communication technologies, together with scientific pro-gress in economics, statistics and operational research, influenced the rapid development of process understanding, and estimation and prediction of customer demand, in real-time revenue management. The aim of this work was the detailed description of the essential principles to be included in the business strategy in order to maximize revenue. Network revenue management models seek to maximize revenue when customers buy products with multiple sources. This concept was applied to the example of the aviation industry and a computing program was developed which could be generalized to other industries. This used a "hub-and-spoke" network and programs MS Excel, LINGO and VBA. The paper also describes the basic steps of revenue management that are repeated todetail the fore-casts and dynamically perform re-optimization of the required decisions, to specify the complete process in detail.

The use of technical analysis in trading on stock markets

The subject of this thesis is a technical analysis as a specific method for prediction of the future trend of equities. The topic is introduced by an analysis of investment opportunities in markets in the Czech Republic and in the world, by a comparison of analytical methods. The main part consists of exploration and description of selected indicators of technical analysis. On their basis business strategies are created and reflected in automated trading systems. These strategies are subject of testing on historical data and of subsequent optimization to maximize potential profitability. The results of testing are summarized and evaluated in the final phase of this thesis that also analyzes advantages and shortcomings of the technical analysis and gives an idea for further investigation.

Analysis and optimization of the Service Desk using BI

The objective of this master thesis is to optimize a number of service desk operators in Atos IT Solutions and Services s.r.o. The thesis introduces a general and ITIL methodology definition of the service desk. The practical analysis section covers data mining in order to carry out an analysis and propose measures leading to optimal utilization of service desk employees. The method applied in the thesis allows a creation of service desk services demand predictions for any given period of time.

Community website optimization for search engine

The bachelor work focuses on the problem of optimizing websites for search engines, which is currently very actual problem. It provides a comprehensive look at the process that will help us to better positions in the rankings of the most commonly used search engines and also helps us determine how those most widely used search engines work. In the theoretical part we discuss the various authorized and unauthorized modifications including optimization of the site outside the source code. In the practical part is analyzed different types of Web sites which using a lots of SEO tools. This can help us to know the difference in approaches in optimalization. Concurrently this analysis provide an overview of indicators, which is good to observe and way how this values find.

Optimization of selected business processes in the company ALCA CZ

The aim of this master thesis is the improvment of selected processes in the organization where a company can save considerable costs and speed up processes with customers, proposes metrics for measuring the performance of individual processes and overall improvement of the organization. First part of the tesis deals with the theoretical aspects and the transformation from functional to process control, modeling based on different methodologies and standards and measuring performance of individual processes. Second part presents the organization and its situation and position on a market and pointed the problematic aspects of processes and suggests how to develop the processes to be more efficient in all directions. Last but not least are the metrics used to monitor and evaluate the goals of the processes and their successful implementation. After the incorporation analyzed processes in the organization should be the company able to move significantly in the overall success of the operation on the market.

The process optimization of facility management at the compeny Gravity Ltd.

This thesis deals with the analysis of real processes of facility management and involves comparing these processes with a theoretical base. This comparison is further transformed into an optimal model business processes. For this purpose is used graphical illustration of each process with the analysis narrow places. For these defined the illustrations will propose several measures, which could be more effective.All proposals shall be submitted in a form suitable for immediate implementation, which can be achieved by optimizing the operation of the company Gravity Facility Services

Analysis of the distribution logistics of selected food products

The main aim of the thesis is analysis of the logistic system of the company dealing with distribution of meat and dairy products, from the viewpoint of material and information flow from the point of purchase to the supply to the clients and to try to suggest possibilities of optimalization in order to improve logistic procedures. On the basis of performed analysis is suggested possible change towards the optimalizacion of distribution, which lies in a new way of direction internal sources of the enterprise.

Analysis of Optimalization´s Posibilities of Executive and Managing Processes within the Company of ThyssenKrupp Výtahy, s.r.o.

Main target of this Master's Thesis is preparation and evaluation of proposal of selected intercompany processes' improvements within the company of ThysenKrupp Výtahy, s.r.o.. First, theoretical, part is focused on basic terms definition, e.g. what is procces, what is process management, what are the particular elements and definition of main groups of processes. Practical part of the thesis concerns of introduction of chosen company, basic processes and procedures definition; and of description and analysis of their origin and structure. Then, the weak parts of the chain are identified, and the proposal and plan of optimalization measures is presented. Final part evaluates possible impacts of proposed measures in the relation to financial impact of selected project.
