Production of bevel gear on universal CNC milling machine
Holeček, Aleš ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with both theoretical describing of the bevel gears issues, thus creating a practical 3D model of the selected gear bevel gear and its NC machining programme for universal CNC machine tools with the help of a suitable CAD/CAM applications. At the end, an evaluation of this method compared to conventional machining methods in terms of techno-economic is made.
Sinumerik tools for programming of CNC machine tool
Chytil, Tomáš ; Sámelová, Vendula (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on the usage of possible ways of the Sinumerik system for programming of the form of the drop forging. The first part of the thesis contains of the characteristics of the part and its function in the composition. In the second part there is all the proper visual documentation. The following parts of this piece of work is devoted to the history and specification of the Sinumerik control system and a suggestion on how to make a forging die.The next part is contributed to the possible ways of how to produce a form in the Sinumerik system. The final part deals with the very formation of the programme and its graphic simulation.
Design of portal milling machine
Lasák, Štěpán ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the field of router type (planar) milling machines. The first part of the thesis presents a brief introduction to the described machine and its main constructional parts. After setting the area of the milling machine’s usage, appropriate parameters will be chosen. Elementary constructional are calculated based on these parameters. At last, a drawing of the assembly and a 3D model of the machine are made.
Tools for CNC milling centres
Konečný, Petr ; Madaj, Martin (referee) ; Humár, Anton (advisor)
This thesis is focused on milling tools for CNC milling centers. The first chapter of this thesis deals with a short theory of milling and the characteristics of CNC milling center. In next chapter are divided and described milling tools in terms of use and construction. This chapter also describes tool materials, clamping, coating and marking of these tools. The practical part is devoted to production assortment of mills from major producers. It is an analysis, description and evaluation of assortments of these producers. For this purpose were selected companies Sandvik Coromant and Pramet Tools.
Construction of equipment for deburring gears
Bosák, Daniel ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of the equipment for deburring gears on the Gleason GP 200 machine. The first part contains research of current methods of deburring. At the following analysis of the task dimensions and layout of the machine, focusing on equipment placement, are analyzed. Next, a choice of tool is made. Two variants of design solutions are outlined. One of them is more elaborated. Important structural units are solved. At the end of the thesis an analysis of the geometry and stiffness is made. The maximum equipment load is recommended with regard to the maximum deformation.
High-Speed Steel Mills with PVD coatings and their Use
Žilák, Marek ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Jaroš, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis "Mills from high-speed steel with PVD coatings and their use" deals with tool materials and their distribution (mainly high-speed steel). The problem of high-speed steels is analyzed (their distribution, properties and uses, chemical composition and finally heat treatment). Then the characteristics of the coating methods (mainly PVD) is analyzed. The conclusion of this work is focused on the types of spray coating and the responsibility of the high speed steel mills and their use in current practice.
Production of a presentation article using the CAD/CAM technology
Veselý, Lukáš ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with general terminology and technology of machining - particularly milling with description of tool materials for cutting tools. Part of thesis is creating scheme and model of presentation object with software Autodesk Inventor Professional 2010. Last part of thesis is focused on creating a blueprint and machining strategy with CAM software PowerMill v. 9, verification of created lanes creation itself on vertical milling machine FV 25 CNC with guiding system Heidenhain iTNC 530.
Standard mode of technology in condition of a small firm
Kolečkář, Jan ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The first part of the thesis is focused on the historical machining protection processes evolution. The second part deals with ecology in machining and environmental. The third part describes machining methods and it is focused on the turning, milling and drilling in condition of small firm.
Machining of titanium alloys and difficult-to-machine alloys with milling
Kouřil, Petr ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis was specialized on the issues machine difficult-to-machine alloys. In theoretical part of thesis was characterized groups of these alloys and analysis of their machinability. A face milling of the titanium alloy Ti6Al4V has been experimentally tested and statistically assessed. A total force loading and specific cutting force analyses have been done.
Solution technology of part "těleso"
Plevka, Vojtěch ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with production of the gear pump body. Tendency of this thesis is to suggest a solution machine cutting of mentioned machine part using progressive cutting tools. Optimal variant will be used as the instruction for production of real part.
