Development selected locality in the territory of Tábor for recreation and travel movement

The main target of the thesis was to analyse the area of forest park Pintovka. After the analysis of this area a questionnaire survey was made there. The main target of this survey was to find out if there is visitors need or a wish to make a new nature trail. The survey was also a datum for a suggestion of utizilation of the area and for a suggestion of nature trail. This stands have to approach fauna, flora and attractions in the area to the visitors.

The contribution is dealing with issue of the small municipalities and their powers on the territory of the Czech Republic. The geographical analysis of the issue brings theoretical and methodological introduction (including definition of the small municipalities), evaluation of the differences between regions and more detailed characteristics of the situation in three selected regions (South Moravian Region, Vysočina Region, Hradec Králové Region), where was realized the questionnaire survey with some mayors of the small municipalities in August and in September 2007.

Percepce reformy územní veřejné správy na území České republiky z pohledu starostů obcí

The paper is dealing with the perception of the current territorial public administration reform in the Czech Republic by mayors. The results of the questionnaire survey from June 2006 are based on opinions from 322 Czech mayors. The questionnaire was especially focused on perception of the reform and its results among Czech mayors – whether they believe that the current territorial public administration reform has fulfilled its main objectives (especially: bringing the execution of the public administration near to the residents, decreasing the number of the officials in the sphere of the public administration) or not. The results of the survey show that the majority of mayors perceive the reform negatively – the main objectives of the reform were not fulfilled according to their opinions.

Product placement as a means of marketing communication is becoming more and more important. This bachelor thesis explains the term product placement, qualifies its legislative framework, states particular forms and mentions examples of product placement in Czech films. The main aim of the thesis is to find out how Czech audience deals with product placement. The fulfillment of this aim is realized via questionnaire survey.

The thesis completely summarizes single steps that need to be done before opening one's own company and contains the business plan of a new rising restaurant with an estimation of whether the plan is realistic, feasible and if it has a chance to succeed. The thesis consists of the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of fundamental concepts related to this issue -- what business and company are, description of a successful businessman, activities which should be done before you start your own business and activities which should be avoided. After that there is the description of the most important aspects of a business plan -- its meaning, users, rules of correct elaboration, detailed structure and its appurtenances. The practical part contains of a concrete business plan of a restaurant in the region of Mělnik. It deals with a choice of a legal form of a company, optimal placing of a restaurant and its establishing, market analysis, creation of a product, planning of a proper marketing strategy, and making plan of management and financial plan with a prognosis of developement of economy for next years. The plan was created in a way to be tabled to financial institutions while a businessman needs money subvention and also to be a fundamental document for owners while they need to lead their business.
Marketing research focusing on sex education of youth people

Aim of this thesis was to determine by using a questionnaire what information sources young people use to find information on sexual and reproductive health. Than, based on these findings, to find recommendations for non-profit organization that operates in this field. The Theoretical Part of the thesis is focused on theory of marketing research and sex education. The practical part is focused on the evaluation questionnaires, hypotheses and then to the recommendations for non-profit organization.
