Bachelor thesis deals with the issues of labour law, specifically changing forms of employment and working time patterns. It focuses on the costs incurred in connection the employment of seasonal employees and offers an alternative to employment under fixed-term contracts. Based on the results of the analysis suggests options for optimization of employment.

Second part of the thesis is focused on analysis of the providing of employee's benefits regards to the taxation aspect. There are elaborated a few questions and subsequently performed a survey based on analysis established knowledge. In the final part solutions are proposed whose implementation should have positive impact on the current status improvement.

The employer has an interest to adopt a new employee, without significantly increasing costs. For this reason thesis will found out if the employer in entitled to one of the allowances provided by the Labour Office under an active employment policy.
