Lecturer's certification of adults education

This thesis is concerned with the lecturer's certification of adult education. The main objective of this work is to present the issue of certification of lecturers and analyze the situation on the Czech market of educational and consulting companies, which grant certificates, and organize educational events, where are the participants gaining tutors' professional skills. The work contains six chapters. In the first chapter are defined the objectives of work and the terminology connected with certified trainers is presented. The next two chapters focus on the lecturer providing continuing education. I write there, inter alia, about the requirements for the lecturer, his qualifications, competencies, preparation for the professional trainer practice and multicultural and intercultural dimension of this work. In the fourth chapter there is described the current situation of improving quality of lecturers and their certification. The fifth chapter reflects the analysis of the market in Czech Republic in the field of educational and consulting organizations, which I conducted. I am mentioning here how I've proceeded during the analysis. The final chapter of the main text describes the outputs from the market analysis.
