The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluating the performance of a selected group of companies for the use of modern methods. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part contains a review of the literature, which provides information related to the topic. In the second part is calculated financial analysis of a selected group of companies using classic and modern indicators and benchmarking. Based on the results of the financial analysis using mathematical-statistical methods creates a model that represents factors, that have the most influence on indicator economic value added. The conclusion according to the results is to make recommendations, which preserve or improve performance of a selected companies or the entire sector.

Zhodnocení výkonnosti koní v soutěžích vytrvalosti v ČR

In the literature review I focused on the history of this discipline in the Czech Republic, its characteristics, equipment, the description of an ideal horse for this sport and a list of suitable breeds. The aim was to compile a database of horses which competed in national and international competitions in the Czech Republic and statistically evaluate the effect of the gender of rider and horse, breed, country of origin of the horse, its age and color on the average speed and score in the race. The results showed that statistically significant effect had the rider's gender on the speed, women were faster than men. Furthermore, the country of origin had an impact on score, horses from the US had higher score than those from Russia and Germany, the horse without a country of origin were worse than the horses from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and the US. Likewise, horses age affected the score, a different pairs were between the group of unknown age and age groups between 6-13 years (with the exception of the twelve years old) and between a group of horses five years and horses at the age of 7,8, 10,11 and 13 years. A statistically significant effect of horses gender, breed and color was not demonstrated.

Vliv zatížení hnacích kol traktorů na výstupní parametry orebních souprav

The present master thesis deals with the topic of load applied to driving wheels of tractors and its impact on output parameters of tilling systems. Introduction describes the advantages and disadvantages of tillage. It briefly presents its history, evolution and possible improvements of its parameters by correct plough and three-point linkage system of tractor settings. The following part explains the impact of load distribution between tractor driving wheels on its thrust properties. Some possibilities of improving load distribution between driving wheels are also specified and described here. Special attention was dedicated to improvement of load distribution by transferring part of the plough weight to the tractor. The practical part of the thesis explored the impact of force in upper linkage of three-point linkage system of tractor on the force transfer and subsequently on the output parameters of tilling systems. Two measurements were processed in the present master thesis, one focusing on the total additional loading or tractor rear axle and one focused on balancing the load difference between the right-hand side and left-hand side wheel of rear axle. The measured values were processed in tabular form and further evaluated by regression analysis. Conclusion was formulated based on the identified results.

Posouzení kvality lisovaní u sběracích lisů

Diploma thesis is focused on a roller and prismatic bales, their the most important functional units and description this units followed by practical measurement selected parameters. First part contains a distribution presses on a round baller and square baller and their inclusion into agricultural machinery lines. The following describes the most important functional units of both types. Second part contains field-laboratory measurement, there are evaluated weight package parameters depending on its compression. Furthemore, performance is evaluated based on different parameters.

Analýza vybraných parametrů spalovacích motorů

The thesis introduces and briefly describes the technologies which are applied in modern diesel engines used in agricultural industry. They are facilities with which it is possible to achieve the maximum productivity, with minimal impact on the environment, which is now required by users. It also describes future trends in engine design and offers a list of innovations, which are currently under the development and have got the potential to improve parameters of diesel engines in the future. There are also described characteristics of combustion engines, according to which are the selected parameters assessed. Last but not least, the work deals with the analysis of selected parameters of the internal combustion engine depending on their structural design. This analysis was based on data obtained from the Institute of DLG and independent testing laboratory of motor vehicles at the University of Nebraska.

This bachelor thesis deals with the measurement and management of company efficiency of ZVVZ MACHINERY, a.s. For these purposes the analysis of current situation and historical trend is made by methods of financial analysis. Next part attends to SWOT analysis of the company. The final section is based on founded conclusion and contains definition of current situation, evaluation of potential risks and suggestions for improvement.

Bachelor’s thesis deals with performance and management evaluation of VAMET Ltd. Comprehensive analysis is made on the basis of assessing, nine criteria model of Quality Council of the Czech Republic, called Start Plus model. Specific survey with point values is made due to help reveal strengths and weaknesses of the company. Supporting measures are proposed towards the end of the thesis, which should contribute to the development of the company’s performance.

This company will be analyzed based on the model START PLUS, which enables identify strengths, weaknesses, if any (unused) opportunities and will propose specific measures to improve the performance of rated company.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is strategy of progress of small enterprise and my task will be proposing effective and useful plan of development. I gained information and data from owner of a firm, Jan Janků. Theoretical points as correct way of thinking of strategy, visions and productivity will be described in the beginning. Next part of my thesis concern about analyzing methods used to find out weaknesses and problematic aspects of a firm. In the conclusion is summary of measured data and suitable advice for strategic progress of a firm.
